Series List; It is used to collectively track the Serial Numbers assigned to the products in transactions such as Production Result, Purchase-Sales Delivery Notes, Stock Receipts, Service transactions, etc.

Attention: Before using this page, the processes associated with the page and transaction categories need to be defined. At the same time, the user must be authorized in the Shipment-Logistics module.

Listing can be made by selecting the Serial Number, Product Name, Stock Code and the Warehouse where the product is located on the filtering screen.

In the Serial List displayed, the serial number shown with a red arrow in the image. By clicking on the information, the serial number detail information of the product is displayed.

On the inquiry screen that opens;

1. In the field numbered , detailed information about the product, such as the serial number of the product, the process by which the serial number was created, and the warranty period are displayed.

2. and 3. If there is a different serial number previously entered for the product or a service application defined for the serial number, it can be displayed in the field no.

4. Document, image, photograph and note information can be defined for the product whose serial number has been entered in the field numbered, and if defined, existing documents can be viewed and updated.

You can access the Product/Stock detail screens of the relevant product with the Product and Stock buttons at the top right of the screen.

On the same screen, the warehouse where this product is located and the stock information related to the warehouse. is displayed.

In the related document field, the document etc. that you want to associate with the serial number.

The special relations field is used to associate products/production etc. companies with the serial number if there are any.

Barcode printing process for products with defined Serial Number on the Serial List screen. is carried out. Barcode printing for one or more products can be performed with the Batch Barcode Print button marked in the 1st image . With the "Batch Barcode Print" button, barcode printing is performed on different templates for the selected products using the output templates.

According to the selection you make in the Output Type field on the template screens, serial numbers and barcodes can be printed, if desired, and information can be shared via e-mail by selecting the Output Type as e-mail.
