E-Ledger Integration Definitions
E-Ledger applications are carried out through special integration. There is no need for an external application.
Path: ERP > Finance Accounting > E-Government > E-Ledger Integration Definitions
Just as in the E-Invoice, E-Archive and E-Delivery Note applications in Workcube, ledgers are created in the E-Ledger application without the need for an external application and sent to the integrator.
Integration Definitions

- Webservice URL: This is the Web Service URL information transmitted by your private integrator. This information must be obtained by requesting from the integrator.
- Company Code: This is the username information to be transmitted by your private integrator. After your E-Ledger user definitions are made by the integrator, it is forwarded to you.
- Password: It is forwarded to you along with your username by your private integrator.
Cloud FTP Information
FTP essentially means File Transfer Protocol. In other words, it is a server where file exchange is provided over a common network. Essentially, the E-Ledger file we created on Workcube is a file, and this file is forwarded to the private integrator for processing.
We forward the Ledger file we created on Workcube to the private integrator via FTP Server.
FTP Server: This field is actually the address of the FTP server to which we want to send our E-Ledger file. Transmitted by the Private Integrator.
FTP Port: Transmitted by the Private Integrator.
Username and Password: Transmitted by the Private Integrator.
Attention: Send the static IP of your server where Workcube is used to the integrator. Don't forget to forward it. The static IP information you have provided is added to the pool by the integrator and the address you have provided is now allowed to send requests to the FTP Server. Otherwise, you cannot send your ledger files to the FTP Server transmitted by your integrator.
Note: The definitions stated in this content describe the communication between Workcube and the private integrator that will process your e-ledger data. After establishing data transfer communication with your integrator on this screen, you must make some definitions for E-Ledger sending in Workcube. For example;
- Accountant Definitions must be made.
- Information such as telephone, postal code, country, website, company name code must be filled in completely on the company definitions page.
- You must make sure that your journal numbers proceed in order.
