Budget Import
After a Workcube environment is established, various data can be transferred to the system for implementation. It is possible to make a mass transfer instead of processing the records kept by the institution regarding the budget into the system one by one.

Attention: The files related to the budget to be transferred to the system must be prepared by an expert in accordance with the format. Data may be recorded incorrectly in the system due to data that is not classified correctly. At the same time, the system gives a warning when trying to upload files that do not comply with the format.
There are various functions under the Workcube Budget module. Budget items, budget categories, planning and accrual slips can be transferred to the system as import files. Since institutions can have hundreds of budget-related data, it provides great convenience to define them in the system with a single csv file instead of defining them all into the system one by one.

Budget Item Transfer

Accrual Plans Transfer
Collective expense recording can be made for accrual plans. After the plans are listed, the selection boxes are selected and the transaction is carried out after clicking the "Record Expense" button located at the bottom right of the basket.
