Subscriber Transfer
Workcube Subscription Management manages subscription agreements, relationships, subscriber information with all customers of your company operating with a subscription system, and all processes from invoicing to shipment of subscription-based services and products. The subscriber transfer page is used to transfer subscribers to the system in bulk.
Path: Control Panel > SYSTEM > Import > CRM > Subscriber Transfer
With subscription management, which services will be provided to which customer and when are recorded in the system and tracked. Preparing a contract for subscribers, an automatic payment plan is created from the subscription contract.
Attention: To open Subscriber Management in Workcube, click on the company flow parameters in the Control Panel > SYSTEM > General Settings > After selecting the company for which subscriber management will be opened via Company Flow Parameters, click "Should the Subscriber Agreement Work?" The update should be done by selecting "Yes" to the question.
After the update on the company flow parameters screen, the system must be logged out and logged in.

On the transfer screen, the format of the file to be loaded is listed on the right.
Required fields that must be included in the file are marked with an asterisk.
Attention
Individual Customer ID and Corporate Customer ID are the ID numbers specified at the end of the URL when you go to the current account detail. For example: 4567 located in the URL :member.form_list_company&event=det&cpid=4567 specifies the ID of the corporate account. The same logic applies to the Individual Account. If the subscriber and the Corporate/Individual customer to be billed are the same, the corporate/individual customer ID in the example given above can be used.
The reference customer employee ID is the ID of the people defined as the contact persons of the relevant corporate/individual account.
Subscriber special identification ID, Service Special Identification ID, Payment Method ID are found on the parameters page. For example, the ID of the payment method is found as follows. It is the ID at the end of the URL when you go to Parameters > Payment Methods > Details of the relevant Payment method. For example; settings.form_upd_paymethod&paymethod_id=8 The number 8, which is the ID of the payment method, is written to the import file.
The project ID is pulled from the ID at the end of the URL after going to the details of the relevant project on the project list page. For example; If project.projects&event=upd&id=195, the number 195 is written in the project ID field in the import file.
The physical asset ID is drawn from the ID at the end of the URL when you go to the details of the physical asset (Machine - Equipment Building, IT Assets) in the Physical assets list. For example: assetcare.list_assetp&event=upd&assetp_id=517, the number 517 is written to the import file.
Branch ID is the number found at the end of the URL when you go to the branch detail on the Branches listing page. For example: If hr.list_branches&event=upd&id=29, the ID of the branch is 29 and the number 29 is written to the import file.
Sales representative ID is the employee ID in the system of the sales representative determined for the subscriber. It is the ID given at the end of the page when you go to employee details. For example; hr.list_hr&event=upd&employee_id=1095 employee ID is 1095. The employee ID defined for the sales representative is retrieved from here.
Attention: If the transfer file is created by ignoring the help file, the system will not transfer your file with a warning message.
