System Parametric Definitions
There are many system-related parametric definition pages on the Parameters screen. These parametric definitions are grouped under various modules.
Path: Control Panel > System > Parameters > System
The structure and operation of each business varies depending on the sector and internal dynamics within the organization. For this reason, parametric definitionsenable the full implementation of digital transformation, especially in the implementation process.
Attention: While we have mentioned the importance of ready-made parametric definitions, let us also give a warning on this subject. Parametric definitions on Workcube, especially those related to the system, should only be made by Workcube experts. Users who do not know the general front and back operation of Workcube and which pages the parameter affects should avoid making these definitions.
System parameters are divided into five modules: business processes, user authority management, objects, GDPR and general settings. Now let's examine these system parameters module by module.
Business Processes
There are two parameters under business processes.
Note: For detailed information about business processes, the article "Process Management and Workflows" can be read.
Warning Approval Category
This parameter is related to the warnings page on the right side of the top menu. Some business processes can be connected to the alert-approval mechanism. When an employee requests approval from his/her supervisor for a process and/or transaction, he/she can choose from definitions in various categories as shown in the image. What these choices will be is made on this screen.

Note: For detailed information and the use of Warning and Approval screens, the article titled "Warnings and Approvals" should be read.
Warning Approval Response Category
Approval to the supervisor When a warning is received, an answer to this request can be selected. This answer comes from the parameter definitions here.

User Authorization Management
User Authorization Management is a module that basically affects the security of the system. For example, not all users on the system should be aware of their payroll details and status. Since user and role-based authorizations can be made in Workcube, this situation is prevented.
Note: For detailed information about the User Authorization Management module, the articles titled "User Authorization Management" and "Authorization Groups" should be read.
Digital Asset Groups
In the System Documents, videos, content, information and documents can be added to many pages. All of these are centrally collected in the digital archive module. Essentially, some important documents such as payroll - personnel should not be visible for all users and positions.
In the image below, a digital asset group has been created, which document types this asset group is associated with and who can access it have been defined.

Objects
Some related to Workcube objects There are parameters.
Incoming-Outgoing Cargo Types
Various category types related to incoming and outgoing cargo transactions in the communication module are made with this parameter.
Note: Mentioned in the article "Incoming and Outgoing Document and Cargo Transactions" The use of the function can be learned.

IM Categories
Various digital communication channels can be defined as parameters to the system. Thus, these categories can be selected on various pages.

Communication Method
Communication methods can be selected, especially in modules such as Opportunity Management and Marketing. For example, if an opportunity is being managed, information on the channel where the first interaction was made can be selected. Once you reach a certain amount of data, an opportunity report can be retrieved based on these categories. Thus, it is determined which communication channel is stronger and which channels are open to improvement.

Mobile Phone Codes
This parameter is especially useful when opening a corporate or individual account in the Customer-Supplier module, so that the mobile phone code is included as an option.

GDPR
Details of all parameters related to GDPR can be learned from the content of "KVKK AND GDPR in Workcube".
General Settings
Workcube's General settings regarding its operation are found under this module.
Note: Detailed information about the module can be found by reading the article titled "General Settings".
Additional Information
Additional Information can be selected when making definitions on various pages. This additional information comes from the definitions in this parameter.
For detailed usage and information, the article titled "Additional Information" should be read.

General Holiday Times
Which days in the system are holiday times are determined on this parameter page. Holiday times gain functionality, especially on agenda and payroll related pages.

Security Template
Security templates are created with this parameter. It is selected whether the security level of the template is light or dark.

Countries
Which countries' information will be included in Workcube is determined on this parameter page. As shown in the image below, country data can be retrieved from the data service in bulk if desired.

Provinces Districts
Provinces and districts can be added to the system one by one from this page or as a data service from the section where the arrow points in the image.

Neighborhoods
Countries, provinces, districts as well as neighborhoods can be added to the system thanks to this parameter.

Special Definitions
Special definitions can be made for many pages in the system, such as individual members, disciplinary procedures and call center-application screens. These definitions are made through this page.

Currencies
Unlimited currencies can be defined to Workcube and Workcube can accept 3 currencies at the same time.

Note:For detailed information about Workcube currencies and exchange rates, you can read the article titled "Currency and Rates".
Page Types
Page types parameter is used in sales offers. If there is a standard used in the offers, it is defined here. It is saved by selecting the type in the additional pages field in the sales proposal detail. Later, when you want to print out the offer, definitions appear on additional pages along with the offer details, and the offer can be sent by printing it.
