Words and expressions in the Workcube interface are saved through the Dictionary and their meanings in other languages can be entered. On the Special Languages page, there are words that are not intended to be affected or changed by the edits and upgrades.

Dictionary

Path: Control Panel > System > Dictionary

When the Dictionary button is clicked, the words and expressions in the system can be displayed. The equivalents of the items recorded here in other languages are entered via this popup.

First of all, there are tens of thousands of words and expressions in the dictionary. To list them, selections can be made according to modules, dates of addition, and languages. If you want to find exact matches when searching for any word, the "Only bring exact matches" button should be checked.

By clicking on the pencil icon in the line of the expression displayed in the basket area, the equivalents of the word in other languages can be updated and the code of the dictionary ID can be copied with the button at the end of the line.

When you want to add a new word, follow the following The "+" button should be clicked as seen in the image. Afterwards, the word is entered and its meanings in other languages can be entered if desired. It must also be selected which module this word is related to.

There are two selection boxes when adding a word. These are the "Not Affected by Upgrade When Selected" and "Save to Institution-Specific Dictionary" selection boxes.

When these are checked and the word is saved, there will be no change in this word, even though the system is upgraded and there are changes in the dictionary.

Translate With WAI

Dictionary They have an automatic translation feature using WAI. Go to the word detail to be updated and select the relevant language. Click "Translate With WAI" to provide automatic word translation.

Dictionary Import

Path: System > System Management > Transfers

Dictionary in different languages to the system can be added. What needs to be done is to prepare a file according to the format described on the page and upload it to the system. If the ready-made languages are not sufficient and the institution wants to carry out such a study within itself, it uses the Dictionary Import page.

Note:Workcube head office constantly edits and renews Turkish, English, German and Arabic dictionaries. When the system is upgraded, these changes are immediately reflected in the environment.

How to Upgrade Dictionary?

Path:System > System Management > General Settings > Workcube Upgrade > Update Languages

From the Workcube Upgrade page, click on the Update Languages tab and the system dictionary can be updated according to the release dates.

Note: This dictionary is updated according to the newly added words and expressions as a result of the developments made by the center, and these words in all languages come to the system as a result of the update.

Special Languages

Path: System > System Management > General Settings

When a new word is added to the dictionary, if this word is saved by checking the "Save to Institution-Specific Dictionary" button, the word will be brought to the Special Languages page. Thus, even if the system is upgraded, these words do not change and remain as they are in the system.

Module-based special words can be searched and the button next to the search button can be used to load predefined special words.

After listing, if these special dictionary records are desired, you can click the "-" button at the end of the line. can be removed.
