Securities and Fixed Assets Parameters
Securities and Fixed Assets parameters contain system definitions that must be defined before using the Securities and Fixed Assets modules.
Securities Types
Path: Control Panel > System > Parameters > Security Types
Securities; These are asset investments such as stocks, bonds, treasury bills, financial bills, income sharing, etc., which are purchased for the purpose of earning interest income or dividends, or for the purpose of making a profit by taking advantage of price changes. Many control and recording transactions such as purchases, sales and securities movements are carried out with the Securities screens in the Workcube, Finance Accounting module.
Note: Preliminary operations must be carried out before using the Securities screens. One of these primary processes is Security Type definitions. You can read the document called "Securities Case Study" to get detailed information about other leading transactions.

Security types must be registered in the system in order to purchase securities and make records.
According to the securities that each business buys, sells and transacts. must be arranged.
Attention: Each parameter is grouped under its own module in Workcube.
Securities are grouped with the added types.
Fixed Assets Categories
Path: Control Panel > SYSTEM > Parameters > Fixed Asset Categories
Companies need resources to continue their activities. These are divided into tangible and intangible. If we give examples of material, buildings, lands, vehicles, computers, etc. If examples of intangibles are given, examples such as Workcube license software and patents can be given. Accounting processes of fixed assets are tracked with the Workcube Fixed Assets module.
Note: Fixed assets recorded in the system as Fixed Assets can easily be converted into physical assets. With the Physical Asset Management module; Records such as embezzlement, the department it is registered in, fuel record if it is a maintenance vehicle, accident record, penalty record can be followed.

Fixed Asset Category definitions should be registered in the system before using the Fixed Asset Buying and Selling screens.

Fixed asset categories are recorded in the system during system installation. Afterwards, adjustments can be made periodically.
Categories can be linked to the parent category. If it is linked to the parent category, the code of the parent category comes first. Afterwards, the code information of the category to be added is entered.
The name information of the new category is entered.
"Useful Life" and "Depreciation Rate" fields are mandatory fields.
Note: Recorded fixed asset category, purchase or if selected on the sales invoice recording screen, the useful life and depreciation rate are automatically displayed in the relevant fields. Manual edits can be made on the registration and update screens.
