Debit Receivable Management Reports
There are 4 standard reports regarding Debit Receivable Management. These are ready-made reports that come with the installation regarding debt/receivables, collections, payments and payment performances.

Many operations regarding debt receivable management can be performed in the system. After these transactions reach a certain number, there are 4 ready-made reports that can be used to analyze the data in this module.

Collection Analysis by Month
To analyze monthly collections by customers. This report is used for Date range, maturity and collection dates are determined. A report is generated by making selections on the basis of customer category, representative and customer or customer representative.

Debit/Credit Adjusted Report by Months
With this report, the debit/credit adjusted status report can be displayed based on the current account. The report comes with debit, credit and difference amounts on a monthly basis.

Customer Payment List
Payment information of accounts/customers in the system can be obtained with this report. The report is shaped according to member category, transaction-due date, representative, project, currency and buyer-seller selections.

Collective Payment Performance
Collective payment performance of current accounts can be viewed with this report.
Current account, customer representative, project, sales region, customer value, debt/receivable status, buyer/seller status, list type selection, member category and maturity-date ranges can be selected.
Attention: If the "Detailed" selection box is checked, list type selection cannot be made.
Open transactions, payment performance, exchange rate differences, only debt character transactions or all of them can be selected as a list from the list field.
Corporate, individual members and employees are included in the report according to their selections. The fields that can be selected vary. For example, when employees are selected, branch and current account type selections can be made.
This report includes selection boxes such as detailed, zero balance, manual payment performance, group by month, bring unpaid checks/bills, calculate by end date, group by project and transaction currency. According to these selections, the format of the report result is determined.
As a result of the report, Invoice closing can be done with the "Document Closing" button.

Feedback
Enables current accounts to receive transactions based on payment performance. Invoices can be closed based on the report results.
