Production Planning Reports
There are seven reports in the standard reports associated with the Workcube Production Planning module. Thanks to these reports, detailed status analyzes are reported on the production planning module screens.

With the Workcube production planning module; Material needs to be used in production, production orders, production operations, production orders, production requests, production results and those in production are tracked. Reports are used for tracking and detailed analysis of all these business processes.
Let's examine the seven reports of the production planning module one by one.
Pause Report
Production orders for the products to be put into production are recorded in the system. There may be pauses during production while the result of the production order is recorded in the system. These pauses are recorded in the pauses screen in the top menu in the detail of the relevant production result. Pause types saved in the system automatically appear on the pause screen.
Note: Pause types are added via ERP > Production > Production Design > Pause Types.
Station is defined to the production order. Search can be made by selecting the station.
Brand selection is made when adding products. By selecting a brand, the products of the relevant brand are listed if there are any pauses.
The pause category is defined on the parameters screen.

Workstations Expense Distribution Report
Workstations are where a job on the production line is performed by machines or workers.
When you go to the details of the station, you should make sure that the expense definitions are made for the station.
Recommendation: You can read the document called "Production Workstations and Operations" to get detailed information about the opening of the stations and their usage areas.
If you want to check the expense distribution of the workstations between the dates on the report screen, select the date from the filter field.

Production Line Personnel Numbers Report
Time spent on employees is added to production results. These time expenditures are reported.
The more the date range is restricted, the more understandable the report will be.
Searching can be done by entering the date range. The date selection field is a required field.
Note: If the "Get Excel" box is checked on the report screens and the report is run, the report will be exported.

Production Program
With the production program report screen, production orders and production Requests can be reported with filtering options.
Production requests are created for the products that will be put into production. As a result, production orders are given.
Purchase orders are created before production orders. After the order approval process, the production order is placed.
On the report screen, searches can be made by selecting product, model and category. Categories are added via the ERP > Sales-Distribution > Product and Stocks > Product Category Management screen. Categories are associated with the product and model. If the search is made by selecting the category, the production orders of the products associated with the category are listed.
Production orders are created depending on the station. The station is selected and the report is run.
After the selections, the status analysis of the production orders and demands are reported.

Production Result Analysis
After the production order is given and the production operations are completed, the production results are entered into the system. are recorded.
Production results to be reported for status analysis can be reported using the filtering options on the report screen.
On the report screen; Product category, product produced, station selected in the production order can be selected.
Consumable product or waste product can be selected.
Project and customer production results can be reported. Filtering can be done by selecting the report type and inventory voucher created/not created.
The analysis details of the report can be determined by selecting the display and sorting.
Note: By selecting at least one field on the report screen. must be run.

Product Expense Distribution Report
Expenses of products connected to the station are reported.
By selecting the date and station, the products of the selections are reported. expenses are reported.

Product Cost Report
Product expenses are reported in detail on the product cost report screen.
Expenses of product components are also reported. If available, it is displayed.
The report is run by selecting the product, station, category and production order.

Feedback
It is used for status analysis of the entered production results after the production order is given and the production operations are completed.
