Grocery Invoice
Grocery Invoice is included in the Retail solution. These are the documents issued by vegetable and fruit sellers registered in the HKS system in return for the goods sold.

In order to issue a grocery invoice, a grocery delivery note must first be issued.
Previously issued goods delivery notes appear on the goods invoice screen. From here, select the delivery notes you want to issue and click on the create invoice button. You can go to the invoice adding page with the create invoice button.
Attention: The current accounts of the delivery notes for which invoices are requested must be the same. Otherwise, "Make a Selection for the Same Concubine" warning will appear.

- Transaction Type: Previously defined in the transaction categories field. "Group Invoice" transaction type is selected.
Hint: There are two reasons why the transaction type does not appear. 1) Transaction type is not defined. 2) There is no authorization for the transaction type. - Current Account: This field is used to select the customer to whom the goods are issued in the sales transaction.
- Authority: Current Account / Authorized field refers to the company official of the corporate account, the name of the customer official (Manager) selected in the upper field is displayed here.
- Invoice Date: Represents the date the invoice was issued.
- Invoice Number: The Invoice number field is used to write the number of the document entered in the record. This field must be filled in.
- Delivery note: The delivery note number on the invoice appears. Since the invoice has been issued, the selected delivery note cannot be changed later.
- Warehouse: It is used to select the warehouse-location where the product will be issued/shipped.
- Payment Method: Information on the conditions under which the payment arising from the invoice should be made is entered.
- Shipment Method: How the goods will be sent is selected.
- Received by: Used to add the person who received the product.
- Explanation: Explanations regarding the invoice and to be conveyed to the Customer are entered.
- Cash Purchase: If the payment will be made from the cash register, the cash purchase box is checked and the relevant cash account is selected.
Basket area Its usage is as follows;
To add products to the basket, click on the "+" icon at the beginning of the basket row. A list of products will appear. From here, select the products one by one by clicking on their units. You can also add products to the basket by typing the stock code, barcode or serial number and pressing the "enter" key.
You can change the quantities manually. Then click the "Save" button. The sales record you added includes the relevant document number, date, etc. It will be added to the "Invoices" list together with the information.
Invoice Costs and Expenses: Additional expenses incurred on the products; tax, warehouse etc. You can distribute expenses such as by selecting expense items.
Related Orders: You can view related orders by clicking on this link.
Agreements Compliance Check: The exchange rate difference or price difference invoice can be created. You can then issue the invoice from the "Difference and Premium Controls" page.
Offset Slip: This link is a link where you can view the accounting transactions of the invoice. You can check the resulting offset vouchers from this area.
Cost Center Distribution: You can distribute the costs of the expenditures made by selecting previously created expense templates or in detail to different cost centers, items, and projects on a product basis.
