Recording History Report

Records of the transactions made on the Workcube are kept for later traceability. These records of the transactions performed can also be viewed in the record history report. In order for the data to be reflected in the report, a history must be kept on the page. If there is a history button on the relevant screens, the transactions made will be reflected in the report.
The transactions performed are kept in the WRK_LOG table and reflected in the report.
- log_type -1 deletion,
- log_type 0 update,
- log_type 1 adding

- Filter: You can search by fuseaction, document number, document description from the filter field.
- Document Number: When searching by document number, the criterion of being exactly the same is not required. For example; if the series of the document is known but its number is unknown, the series is written and all numbers belonging to this series are retrieved.
- Process: It enables searching according to stages in documents that are in process.
- Process Type: Process category in selected documents. It allows listing of certain transaction categories.
- Employee: Lists the documents that an employee has deleted, added or updated.
- Transaction: It allows searching for add, delete and update functions.
After listing the desired criteria, the result is produced. In this way, it can be displayed which user performed what action on which date and time in the relevant document.
In the resulting section, the Transaction No field is the "ID" number of the relevant document. The report works independently of the company and period. Therefore, the report can be viewed without changing the company or period.
