E-Invoice Sending
You can manage e-Invoice submissions from the invoice screen without needing a different application.
Path: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Sales Invoice
After all the definitions, you can now send and receive invoices. You can start your transactions.
Note: All parametric definitions regarding e-Invoice must be made before all transactions. You can review the e-Invoice Integration and Parametric Definitions document.
First of all, the invoice is saved on the system. During registration, the system queries the client in the background and determines whether it is an e-invoice or e-archive invoice, depending on the client's taxpayer status.
After the invoice is recorded, the e icon is blue, that is, it is in the status of not sent. You can access the following details via the "e" icon.
You can check the template before sending the invoice via Preview,.
If we have sent an invoice from the portal, you can associate it by adding xml.ini via e-Invoice Import,.
After making the final checks with Send Invoice.
After saving the invoice, when you say send invoice, it turns into an e-Invoice and goes directly to the Revenue Administration system and from there to the other party.
After sending, the resulting serial updates the invoice number, current and accounting transactions.
After you send your invoice, you can access the following details via the "e" icon.
With Shipment Details, you can view the status and final status of your invoice until it reaches the other party.
e-Invoice Visual (PDF), The final version of the invoice sent via is a PDF template. You can view it.
- When you click Send e-Invoice, a visual is created with the standard template of the Revenue Administration.
- The information in the template covers the definitions you have made so far and the criteria you have selected in the invoice.
- Workcube, you can send foreign currency invoices with different currencies and view the TL equivalents from the template.
- The information you write in the Invoice Description field directly to the other party from the note field.
- If you have selected Delivery Note and/or order in the Invoice, the fields under Invoice Date will be opened and sent.
Invoice List
When you send an e-Invoice, you can follow its status with the "e" icon in the listing or invoice detail.
e-Invoice: Lists all invoices (including those that do not use e-Invoice).
To Be Sent (Sales): Invoices that have not yet been sent and have not been transferred to the Revenue Administration. lists.
e-Invoice Issued (Purchase-Sale): Lists the Purchase and Sale type invoices transferred to the Revenue Administration.
Approval (Sales): If the invoices sent to the Revenue Administration and delivered to the taxpayer are approved by the taxpayer, this option is available. are listed.
Rejection (Sale): If the invoices sent to the Revenue Administration and delivered to the taxpayer have been rejected by the taxpayer, they are listed with this option.
Awaiting Approval: Invoices sent to the Revenue Administration and delivered to the taxpayer but not yet accepted by the taxpayer are listed with this option. are listed.
Non-e-Invoice: Lists invoices that are not e-Invoice.
