My Goals
The purpose of the Workcube My Goals page is to evaluate the target transactions to be given to the employees in the organization by determining the start and end dates of which target, by determining the percentage weights of all the given goals and the interim meeting dates, and to monitor whether the goal given to the employee has been achieved.
Attention:This function of Workcube can only be used by authorized employees.
My Targets Purpose of Use
Department-based monthly, 3-monthly, 6-monthly and annual targets determined by companies or organizations are assigned to employees, and it is checked whether the given targets are achieved or not.
What is the situation of the employees in terms of the targets given through intermediate meetings on the Targets screen? It refers to preventing the targets by determining whether they were successful or unsuccessful, and whether the targets were set correctly, and in case of failure, by investigating the reasons that led to this.
What the employees did with the existing targets in the companies, for what reason they failed, if they were successful, applying the reward method, in order to record the rewards, warnings and quotas received according to the types of all targets set, on the My Targets screen.
Attention: One of the main purposes of use of this screen is to determine whether employees behave correctly, honestly and ethically towards the workplace, their colleagues and their jobs, and to identify and keep these employees under control and supervise these employees at certain periods to be determined by the company.
Creating a Goal
What must be followed first to create a goal Path: HR-HR > Performance > On the Performance > Target screen, the "+" icon should be clicked to save a new target for the employee.


1. Employee: It refers to the area where the employee is selected through three dots.
2. Start Date: It is the selection of the start date of the given target.
3. End Date: It is the selection of the end date of the given target.
4. Category: This is the section where the target category is selected.
5. Number: It is the determination of the increase or decrease target in the numerical dimension of the target given in the relevant field.
6. Weight: This is the field where the % weight of the target given to the employee is written.
7. Interim Meeting Date 1: This is where the date of the first interim meeting is selected.
8. Interim Meeting Date 2: This is where the date of the second interim meeting is selected.
9. Goal: This is the section where the goal is written.
10. Target Provider: The name of the person who registers is automatically displayed.
11. Description: This is the field where the explanation, if any, about the given target is written.
As a second step, the targets given by the supervisor can be viewed from the "My Given Targets" screen.
To view,first follow the Path:Intranet > MyPortal > HR Operations > Goals I Set click on the "Magnifier" icon on the screen.

The third step includes the targets, rewards, warnings and quotas that the employee will display on his/her screen.

12. Goals: The goals given to the employee are displayed.
13. My Awards: Rewards given to the employee are displayed.
14. Warnings: Disciplinary penalties given to the employee are displayed.
15. My Quotas: The quotas given to the employee are displayed.

Users can perform self-service HR transactions with the HR Transactions module. These HR transactions go to the approval of the user's supervisor, and as a result of their approval, the information about this transaction is kept on the relevant screens.
