Recruitment Case Study
Kartallar Otomotiv company uses the Workcube platform to manage human resources operations. With the growth of the company, a new Human Resources personnel was needed to manage the processes. Thereupon, a personnel request was created and upon approval of the personnel request, an advertisement was opened in the system for this required position.
The CVs of those who applied for the advertisement were examined and added to the CV pool, and a selection list was created for this pool. An interview was held with the suitable candidate from the selection list, and after the interview was positive, the employee was employed by defining his/her employee card, wage-allowance and personal information.
