Risk and Collateral Definitions
After Risk and Collateral definitions are made, various operations can be performed.
Processes
In order to manage risk information, process authorizations must first be granted. If you want to add a process, press the "+" icon, if you want to make updates to the process, press the "Filter" button.
Path:Settings > BPM > Processes

The following is stated in the screenshot above.
Process:This is the field where you will write the process name you want to define.
Related Companies: You can select the relevant companies in which companies you want the process to appear.
Fuseaction: You can define which screens you want the process to appear on.
You can create new stages within the process. and you can check the order. When the stage is added, you can choose which states you want it to convey.
Responsible: Definition is made for which employees will be authorized to the stage.
Collateral Transaction Category
Path: Control Panel > BPM > Process Categories

The picture above states the following;
Transaction Category: It opens a pop-up to display the transaction categories you want to add,
The relevant boxes are checked to indicate what kind of operations it will perform. Assigns records to the marked fields.
Authorized Position Categories:Authorizes the transaction categories you add for the authorized position types we have defined.
Authorized Positions:Authorizes the transaction categories you add for the authorized positions we have defined.
Approval and To be warned: If a situation occurs in the transaction category, information will be sent to the attached employees.
Collateral transaction cannot be performed without selecting the checkboxes on the right.
Collateral Categories
Path: Control Panel > System > Parameters > Collateral Categories. Go to the page via.
The Collateral Categories you want to define can be added or updated in the relevant category by pressing the "+" icon.

Blacklisting Reasons
Go to the page via Control Panel > System > Parameters > Blacklisting Reasons The Blacklisted Reasons you want to define can be added by pressing the "+" icon or updated in the relevant line.

The risk and work definition of corporate members can be determined via the ERP > Sales-Distribution > Customer-Supplier > Corporate Accounts page by selecting 'Risk and Working Information' from the account detail.
Risk and working information of individual members can be obtained from the account detail via the ERP > Sales-Distribution > Customer-Supplier > Individual Accounts page by selecting 'Risk and Working Information'. can be defined:
Bulk transfer can also be made from Settings > System > Import > Member Risk Information transfer page.

14.3.4. Risk and Collateral Import
There is a risk factor in trading. There is a situation where the sales price cannot be collected on time or at all. Each company's risk management varies according to their strategies. The risk is minimal in cash sales. Risk management is important in forward sales. Workcube has appropriate tools to monitor and control the risk limits on current accounts. You can import many data related to this module into the system.
2.1.9.3. Blocking Transactions
With the blocking process, the customer is prevented from performing any transactions on the system.

In case of not being able to collect the sales price on time or at all, companies develop strategies specific to their own institution. One of the methods to be used in risky situations is "Collateral". Guarantees are taken to limit or eliminate risks. Assurance is an important element to ensure trust between business units.
2.1.9.2. Customer-Supplier Risk Limits
Transaction amounts can be limited by determined customer-supplier risk limits. Thus, risk is predicted and over-limit transactions are prevented.
Risk and Guarantee
Workcube has appropriate tools to monitor and control the risk limits on current accounts. On the risk limit definition screen, you can save the Open Account Limit, Term Payment Limit, Payment Blockage information of your customers or suppliers.
