Opportunity management helps preserve corporate memory. All interactions made for opportunities that take a long time or even years to turn into sales remain recorded in the system for years, regardless of the sales employee.
Quotes, on the other hand, are the structure that is recorded in the system directly or after the sales opportunity and where product prices are presented to the customer. Offers prepared in the offer module may consist of sections such as a home page, main offer page, price quotas, sales tools, and answers to the questions of the customer to whom the offer is made. Customer-specific offers can be prepared by adding an unlimited number of additional pages to the offers.
Orders and installment orders in the sales module can be recorded into the system in conjunction with the offer or directly. Orders are price and delivery agreements for products offered to the customer. Promotions and special discounts calculated in the order detail are automatically displayed by the system. Production, purchasing and shipment orders can be created automatically from the order. Orders are fully integrated with Workcube's finance, dispatch, stock, production, product management, mobile sales and campaign modules. In this way, when an order is received, customer current account control, product stock control, discounted price calculations, product delivery from company stock, suppliers or external sources, etc. transactions can be carried out easily.
