SUBO - Subscription Management

The subscription system offers all the components needed to effectively manage subscription contracts, subscriber information, billing of subscription-based services and products, and all processes from shipping to support services. Subscription Management; It works integrated with Agreement, Project, Agenda, Stock, Invoice, Call Center, Service and Warranty Management, Finance and all other Workcube modules. Subscription System is used by businesses that make periodic and committed sales. Telecom companies, electricity-water-natural gas distributors, schools, shopping malls, data centers, security, service and maintenance services providers, software companies, card services providers and businesses operating in many other fields can use Workcube Subscription Management.
For example, a company that sells 49 TL internet packages with a monthly unlimited 24-month commitment can invoice 49 TL every month to its customers who sign this commitment agreement. Meters can be read every month and invoices can be issued according to the tariff. A school manages student fees while a shopping mall keeps track of lease agreements. A foundation can track dues and collections. Workcube carries out all these transactions within the scope of subscription-based contract management.
It manages all repetitive processes from the moment a customer joins the system until the invoice is issued, the service is stopped or the contract is renewed.
