Subscriber Authorization and Processes
1-Authorization Groups
Path: Control Panel > System > Security > Authorization Groups
In order to perform operations in the subscription module, the user must first have authority to the Subscriber Management Module under SUBO in the Authorization Group to which the user belongs.
If the user needs to see Subscription-related reports in Standard Reports outside the module, the Report User box must also be checked.
Type: You can also authorize users on an event basis.
For example: Subscriber can register but not update.

Subscribers in the Sales Module are shaped depending on these parameters.
3-Processes
You can define more than one authority group in the process stages and assign predetermined positions to these authority groups. Thus, a position may be authorized at one or more stages of one or more processes.
In order to manage subscription transactions, you must first have authority over all relevant processes. These processes; You can access the page via
Subscribers
Payment Plan
Counters
Settings > BPM > Processes.
In the process stage detail, the relevant process will be authorized from the "Maker" field. you can select contacts.
Subscribers
Processes vary between businesses. You must define the process appropriate to your business. Processes are selected in the transactions and updates made on the subscribers page. For example, when the Subscriber is at the registration stage, the "Payment Plan" process should be selected when the "Registration" Payment Plan is created, and the "Cancellation" process should be selected when the Subscription is Canceled.
Payment Plan
During the Payment Plan, you can define the stages you use in accordance with your business. For example; You created a payment plan but wanted to revise it. When it is checked after defining and selecting the "Revise" stage in the process stages, it is understood that the Payment Plan has been revised. In this way, it provides ease of operation.
Counter
When adding a counter, certain stages are selected in the process. These stages should be fully defined. For example; If there will be a change in the meter, the "Change" phase should be defined in the processes.
