Defining Bank Accounts
You can view your bank accounts Path:ERP > Finance-Accounting > Bank > Bank Accounts on the page '+' by clicking on the account number, iban, account type, bank branch relationship and related information. accounting accounts are defined.

- Branch: Performs transactions according to the selected branch. If "Work by Branch" is selected in the authorization groups, users who are not authorized to the relevant branch cannot create records from the relevant bank account.
- IBAN Code: This is the field where the IBAN code is defined. Registration cannot be made with invalid Iban codes.
- Bank Name / Branch: Bank definitions that have been registered through "Banks" (finance.list_bank_types) and "Bank Branches" (finance.list_bank_branch) are listed.
- Account Type: Three different banks: Credit, Term and Commercial. Registration type can be made.
- Currency Type: Selecting which currency type the relevant bank account will work with is made. Currency types defined on Parameters > Currencies are listed.
- Accounting Code: The accounting account code that will be debited/credited when the accounting transaction occurs on the relevant bank account is selected. It is possible for a bank account to work with more than one currency. For this reason, it is recommended to create a separate bank account for each currency type and define the accounting codes sequentially in the same way. For example: 102.01.01 Akbank TL account - 102.01.02 Akbank USD Account - 102.01.03 Akbank Eur Account.
- Bank Instruction Accounting Code: It is used for the records made with the Outgoing Bank Instruction and Incoming Bank Instruction transaction categories. The accounting code to be assigned to the debit section of the incoming bank instruction and to the credit section of the outgoing bank instruction is determined.
- Issued Check Accounting Code: The accounting code is defined for checks issued using the bank account.
- Clearing Checks / Notes Accounting Code: The accounting code is defined for clearing checks and bills.
- Checks on Collateral Accounting Code: Check Issued. Payroll - It is the accounting code defined for the record to be debited on the accounting side in the Bank Guarantee transaction.
- Promissory Notes in Collateral Accounting Code: Note Issue Payroll - It is the accounting code defined for the record to be debited on the accounting side in the Bank Guarantee transaction.
- Bounced Checks: This is the accounting code used for Bad Checks. Checks that are kept in the portfolio on the Check List page can be defined as dishonored by clicking on "Check Number".
- Bonounced Bills: This is the accounting code used for Bad Bills. On the Bill List page, checks kept in the portfolio can be defined as dishonored by clicking on "Note Number".
