Payment Requests
One of the stages of ensuring effective Debt-Receivable management is the payment request. The status and urgency of current requests can be examined on the system. As a result of this review, the creditor may request payment of the debt from the debtor.

Thanks to Debit Receivable management, businesses can keep track of who owes what to whom and then take action. Let's assume that we examine the financial situation of the business in a Debit-Credit Statement, the creditor can request payment from the debtor as a result of the data received from this inventory. For more information and how to use the Debit-Credit Breakdown screens, you can read the article titled "Debit-Credit Breakdown".
It is also possible to make a payment request and order from the Current Statement detail. The Current Statement is examined and as a result of the examination, the creditor takes action to collect the amount due from the debtor. For more information about the Current Statement page, the article titled "Current Statement" should be read.

Attention: In order to make a Payment Request, the user must be authorized from the authorization groups. Otherwise, the user cannot perform the payment request.
Attention 2: Correct definition of the processes is also of great importance for the payment request to be realized. Before the Payment Request, it must be ensured that the Payment Requests, Payment Orders, and Invoice Closing Procedures processes are carried out correctly. Example: Let's assume that the Payment Request is designed in a process logic as follows: 1 - Request, 2 - Check, 3 - Order Placed, 4 - Partial Approval, 5 - Rejection. If the process stages were not defined correctly and did not proceed depending on the authority of more than one user, the probability of success of this payment request and the company's revenues would decrease at the same rate.
Attention 3: Before making the request, parameters such as Payment Methods, Maturity Difference Rates should be made and at the same time Output templates should be created for the Payment Request.
Payment Requests List
On the Payment Requests list screen, all payment requests on the system can be listed with various filters. The existing payment request can be edited or a new payment request can be made.

- Stage: The stages are listed here according to the Payment Request process definitions. For example, the user can filter only payment requests that are at the "Control" stage on the system as a result of this selection.
- Transaction Type: By selecting the transaction type, transactions such as Payment Order and Document Closing can be displayed in addition to the Payment Request.
- Status: Requests such as those for which a Payment Order has been issued and those for which the Payment Order has not been issued can be displayed.
- Money. Unit: Selection can be made according to the currencies defined on the system. Information regarding the currency in which the Payment Request was made is indicated in the basket field.
- Print: Selection can be made according to the templates defined on the system and the data can be printed, downloaded and also sent by e-mail.
- Add Payment Request: Click on the button here to make a new payment request. Detailed information will be given in the Creating Payment Request section.
- Current Account: Selection is made from the current accounts defined on the system. Thus, all payment requests associated with that current account can be listed.
- Transaction Date: Listing of payment requests in certain transaction date ranges is provided by the date filter here.
- Maturity Date: Payment requests can be listed according to maturity date ranges.
- Recording Date: List according to the recording date of the payment request.
After clicking the "Search" button, the requests are listed in the basket field with the details of document number, document type, current account, IBAN, description, stage, request amount, order amount, invoice settlement amount, average maturity, registrant and recording date.
Blue and red colors indicate debit and credit in positive and negative values.
Creating a Payment Request
To create a Payment Request, click the "+" button on the list screen. Afterwards, we are presented with the filter screen to request payment.
On this screen, Current Account, Project, Currency, Controller, Invoice Control, Maturity and Transaction Date, all invoices with or without invoice settlement can be listed.

After selecting the invoices to request payment from the Transactions section. If desired, the Financial Summary can also be reviewed. As a result of this review, a healthy demand is created.

When you reach the end of the page, the debit and credit totals are automatically displayed according to the invoices selected from the Transactions. "Create Request" button is clicked to request payment by providing details such as contract, order, description, request date, average maturity, process and payment method regarding the request.

After the request is created, the request can be updated or a payment order can be placed for this request. is possible.

2.1.7.8. Debt Receivable Management Parametric Definitions
With the Debt Receivable Management module, debt receivables can be broken down, payment performance (aging), invoice closing process, payment requests and orders, maturity difference transactions and reconciliation can be made. There are changes that can be made parametrically regarding the working method of these pages.
2.1.7.7. Maturity Difference Transactions
It may be possible that payments are not made on time for the purchase of products or services. In commercial transactions, the maturity difference is the amount added by the seller to the payment amount that cannot be made by the buyer within the agreed term verbally or under a contract.
2.1.7.6. Payment Orders
After a payment request is made in Debit-Credit management, the creditor can send the payment order to the debtor. In addition to viewing payment orders on the system through this page, it is also possible to create bank instructions.
2.1.3.4. Current Statement
With the Current Statement, the transaction record in the current account can be followed and related invoice closing transactions can be performed with the current statement.
2.1.7.3. Payment Performance
From this screen, you can see how much balance remains on the invoices issued to your current accounts and how much interest difference is charged according to the determined interest rate and base date. Additionally, you can list and print out payment performance breakdowns of clients according to the closing method of the issued invoice (Manual Closing or Automatic Closing).
