Company, Fiscal Year, Branch, Warehouse and Location Authorizations
In Workcube, branch authorizations work based on position-role. Branch, warehouse and location privileges given to a role will work if the user's active authorization group is selected as Working by branches. If "Work by Branch" is not selected in the authorization group, the authorization group will be valid in all branches.
Company and Fiscal Year - Accounting Period Authorizations
In Workcube, company authorizations and fiscal year - accounting period authorizations have an integrated structure. Having a user authorized for a company means having authorization for at least one fiscal year-accounting period. Accounting Period Authorizations are the authority given to each position-role. This authority is given in the Settings tab in the Position detail under HR > Organization Planning > Roles-Positions.
Warehouse and Location Authorizations
In Workcube, branches, departments, warehouses connected to departments and locations (warehouse regions) are created under each company in Workcube. Depending on these organizational units, it is given under the Branch Authorizations tab in the Settings tab menu on the position-role screen as follows. Warehouses are selected under the branch and locations are selected under the warehouses. All goods movements, entries and exits are made by selecting locations in Workcube.
Entry Warehouse and Exit Warehouse Working Principles
In stock transactions such as Delivery Notes, Stock Receipts, Imported Goods Receipt, Production Result, there is an "Entry Warehouse", the warehouse where the goods are accepted, and an "Exit Warehouse", where the goods are sent, depending on the transaction type. It uses input warehouse or output warehouse locations. Locations are sub-regions of a warehouse. Exit Warehouse and Entry Warehouse work with the combination of the settings in the employee's authority group and the position.
