Business Model
Mostly businesses work for months to prepare business plans. Many business plans do not adapt to change and become obsolete. In the world of change and speed, businesses need a business model-business plan that is updated as conditions change and new information is obtained. To cope with increasing complexity, the business needs to create a clear language and unity of purpose. In order to cope with these problems, the Canvas Business Model was developed by Alexander Osterwalder. The fact that it is very simple and shows everything together provides great convenience when building a business model.
The model deals with the business under 9 headings and models the business in a single Canvas. You can use the answers found through simple questions in your business model.

To create a canvas, the following headings must be revealed.
