Workcube allows its users to carry out their production by creating multiple variations in their product trees without opening a new product or stock card. With Workcube's spec approach, an unlimited number of trees can be easily created for each product. Thanks to Spec, there is no need to create product trees from scratch again and again for each different type of products.

Especially organizations that produce to order can use spec to create different product trees and specifications for each order without changing the standard product tree. In this way, the spec of the product is created in a shorter time and in a simpler way, instead of keeping a separate product tree and stock code for each different version of the product. In this way, the main and intermediate additives in production can be easily tracked.

Alternative Questions: How is Spec Formation Realized?

If you want to create a configuration for a product, the "Customizable" option must be selected in the product detail. should.

Path: ERP > Production > Production Design > Alternative Questions

Question: The question title that will appear to the user on the spec detail page is defined.

Alternative Process: In the alternative question, whichever feature is desired to be changed in the product (Change Stock, Change Feature, Change Dimension) is selected.

Product Feature: In the alternative question, which feature is defined for the product and whose variations of the feature want to be changed on the stocks, that product feature is selected.

Description: Explanation information that will represent the question to be used in the spec name is defined.

Note: The product does not need to be in production to add an Alternative Question in the product tree. The product tree can be customized by selecting the alternative product button instead of that product.

3. The question to be defined is selected from the alternative question options in the product tree.

4. The "Alternative Product" icon will appear in the lines where the question is defined. Alternative products are defined on the page that opens with the help of this icon.

Order: On the spec detail page, the order number in which the answers are to appear in the select box is defined. If it is not defined, the answers are listed in the select box in the order on the definition page.

Stock Code: Alternatively, it is the stock code of the selected product.

Product Description: It is the name of the alternatively selected product.

Feature: The title of this column indicates the selected alternative question. Variations of the selected feature for the selected alternative question are listed at the bottom of the column. Whichever feature we want to have in the alternative product we add, that variation is selected.

Usage Rate: It refers to the percentage of the main product.

Usage Amount: It indicates how much the alternative product should be used.

Supplier:From which supplier the alternative product was purchased.

Once Alternative Questions and Alternative Products are defined in a product tree, specs become managed without the need to create more than one product tree.

Sales and Production

When creating a Sales Order for a customer, the product with spec definitions is added to the basket line. In the basket row where the relevant product is located, click on the cell that says Spect . Configurator/MPC Spekt pages are available in the tab menu on the page that opens. The product is added as a spec by clicking on the cart icon next to the product on the listing screen of the MPC Spekt page. If it is necessary to make a production in line with the sales order, the Order Stage is updated by selecting "Production".

Thus, the sales order is placed on the Production Orders page. By selecting the relevant order on this page and clicking the "Send to Production" button, a Factory Production Order is issued for the product.
