Quality control is used in the sense of process management to meet continuous standards. Accordingly, quality control means mastering the quality by taking precautions against situations that will reduce the quality effectiveness of a process.

Quality control operations on Workcube are carried out after a certain operational process. To list these operations,

The quality of a raw material entering our stocks with a delivery note and a final product resulting from production. In order to test according to control standards, we must first define the quality definition and the values required for the quality standard on the "Quality Control Definitions" (quality.control_standards) page.

1. Quality Control Definition

As can be seen in the screenshot, quality control is defined and which process type will be processed is selected.

In the Product Categories and Products fields, there are quality definitions defined for the Product in the "Quality Control" field in the Product detail.

So, for the Steel Carbon test, the Steel carbon test is defined in the quality definitions of the "Sheet" product that we see in the Products field. Thus, all products and product categories controlled in this quality control type can be seen.

For the quality control definition created, value and unit definitions for the quality control type are made from the "Add Result" icon marked in red.

After the relevant definitions are completed, the required quality for the product is displayed in the product detail. control definitions should be made.

2. Product Quality Control Definitions

Quality control types of the product must be defined through the quality control in the tab menu in the product detail. Before this process, check that the "Quality Tracking" checkbox is selected in the product general parameter.

Quality control types and process types are selected in the product detail. Only process types specified in the quality control definitions can be selected in the process types.

In the Parameters field, the determined parameters are automatically filled according to the values determined in the quality control definitions. However, if the product has a different upper and lower value than the quality control definition, it can be determined manually in the product detail.

3. Quality Control with Production Result

After completing our quality control definitions for the product in the quality control definitions and product details, the product is sent to production via "Production Orders". When the production of the product is completed, the production result for the production order is created.

If the "Quality control is being followed" parameter is selected for the product in the product detail, an icon will appear in the Production result widget on the "Result" screen to perform the quality control process.

The icon marked in red, It is the "Quality Control" icon. If this icon is clicked, the "Quality Control Performance" screen opens, where the quality control results of the Product can be entered.

On the "Quality Control Performance" screen, after the quality procedures for the Product are completed, the previously determined quality standards are filled in the appropriate fields. In this way, whether the relevant product resulting from production meets the required quality standards can be defined and recorded in the result field.

A production result may result in 50, 100 or 10,000 products. The quality control results of each of these products may be different. In this case, more than one quality control result can be recorded in one production result.

For example, It may be desired to perform quality control for 100 of the Sheet metal products with a Lot Quantity of 2000 cm. In this case, the quality result is saved by entering the relevant quantity and result in the Quantity field. Then, different quality control results can be entered in the remaining 1800 cm sheet.

In the "Performance Result" field, you can see how many cm of the sheet have low quality, how many cm of the sheet have high quality, from the production result of the 2000 cm batch. We may state that it is a defective product or that it may be considered a defective product. The definitions in this field are defined through "Quality Success" (settings.add_production_quality_success).

If there are previously made and saved quality control results for the relevant production result, they can be displayed on the same page.
