Enforcement Transactions
Your existing enforcement transactions can be searched by entering the file number. A new enforcement record is opened by clicking the "+" sign next to the search button:

Here, Enforcement Transactions is selected as Transaction Type and in the Current Account section, the company in whose name the relevant enforcement record is made is selected.
Beneficiary Company: In this field, the debtor company or individual account is selected.
The Receivable Amount, the Court, File Number and Transaction Date of the relevant enforcement action, which are also among the mandatory fields, are entered. Optionally, other fields can be filled in.
Execution Transactions Detail
After the enforcement transaction is recorded, payments made can be entered in the Collection section. When you click on the "+" button, you will go to the income receipt issuance screen.
In the Expenses section, the expenses and expenditures related to this execution process can be recorded. When the "+" button is clicked, you go to the mexpense receipt cut screen.



Attention: When registering for an execution transaction, Beneficiary company and Accounting code cannot be selected at the same time.
If it is certain that the debt will be paid, the debtor company is entered in the Beneficiary Company section.
According to the Tax Procedure Law, receivables with or without promissory notes that cannot be collected on maturity and whether they will be collected in the future or not are known as "doubtful receivables". If there is no certainty that the overdue debt will be paid, this receivable is considered as "Doubtful Receivable" and the relevant Accounting Code is selected; Beneficiary Company cannot be selected.
When the accounting code is selected, no current transfer is made.
Feedback
Enforcement Transactions are the transactions in which the transactions subject to enforcement are recorded and followed up. Recorded performances can be used integrated with other functions.
