Workcube makes it practical to make pricing for customer segments, employees, partners or sales channels and to create price lists specific to a segment or direct customer. In Workcube, the product price is directly related to the price list.

Path: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Product and Stocks > Products > Product Detail > Price Detail

Price Detail page, where you can add price suggestions to the product and view the added suggestions, price lists that include the product, last purchase and last sale, etc. This is a page where you can check the prices.

Standard Pricesfield contains standard buying and selling price information, independent of the price lists of the product. It comes from the Standard Buying - Standard Selling values entered on the product detail screen. The

Sales Prices field contains the price lists in which the product is included and the prices given according to these price lists. Click on the "+" icon to add a new price to the product.

Attention: In order to select a Price List, list definitions must be made on the "Price Lists" screen. Path: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Price Lists

The price list you want to include is selected. Then, the price desired for the product is entered and a new price is defined by clicking the save button.

Price information on the purchase invoices for the product in the Last Purchase Prices field. is displayed.

Last Sales Prices field displays the price information on the product's last sales invoice.

Competitor Prices field sIt is of great importance to follow rival prices in order to create shooting strategies and maintain competitive advantage. Competing prices are defined on the ERP > Sales-Distribution > Price Management > Competing Prices page. At the same time, definitions can be made on the price detail screen of the product.

In the Price Suggestions area, prices entered by users who are not authorized to price are included in price change suggestions. By clicking on the icon at the end of the line, you can go to the details of the price offer and, if you have authority, you can accept or reject it. If desired, you can click on the "+" button to give a price suggestion.

Using the links at the top right of the Price Details screen, the following operations are carried out:

Product: From here, it takes you to the detail screen of the product for which the price is adjusted.
Stock:Redirects to the stock detail of the product for which the price is adjusted.
Cost: Redirects to the Product Costs detail page of the product for which the price is adjusted. From here you can view the cost history of the product.
Price Changes:From this area you can view the standard sales price changes and dates of the product.
Unit - Price Changes: A view showing the change of the product in unit - price. is graphic.
