Business Groups
In Organization Planning; Teams are formed depending on the group chairmanship, company, branch, department or project. Tasks are distributed to the team. As a result of the task distribution, work groups are created and the work distributions are grouped. Teams are created through the Workcube Work Groups screen.

Listing Work Groups Screen

When creating a work group on the listing screen, a hierarchical system is created. The hierarchical code entered during creation is searched and the relevant work group is listed.
A new work group is created with the plus icon.
You can go to the editing screen with the pencil icon.
- The role distributions created between the work groups are seen when you click on the workgroups diagram.
- Role distributions are made for the people in the team. The diagram of the role distributions is displayed.

Work Group Registration Screen
Let's examine the registration fields with the editing screen.

1. Created work groups and schemas Org. It can be seen on the Organization Business Group-Schema screen with the Show in Scheme icon. The relevant buttons that you want to see in the created work group are marked.
2. In the section;
Group Name: The group name is determined for the work group. It is a mandatory field.
Group Presidency: The presidency to which the group is affiliated is elected. We can think of group chairmanship as a holding company.
Company, Branch, Department: Hierarchically, selection is made from the relevant fields where the business group will be registered. Attention: Company, branch and department information must be registered in the system. To get detailed information, you can read our articles titled "Companies," "Branches" and "Departments".
Project, Sponsor: Project-based teams are formed. Project selection is made.
3. In the section;
Manager, Manager Role: Department manager is selected. The manager's role information can be entered.
Parent Group, Hierarchy: If a workgroup will be created as a subgroup of a previously created workgroup, the workgroup is selected. The Hierarchy field is required. Hierarchy code is entered. The hierarchical code is defined on the card of the employees in the team.
Type: The type of the team is determined. For example; Managers, Team Leaders
4. In the section; In this field, employees are added with the plus icon. Task distributions are made.

- If the employee's position is an important role, the "Critical Position" box is checked. If you want the employee to be displayed in the organization chart, check the "Show in Organization Chart" box.
- Role Information is entered manually. The employee must be selected. Note: Employee information is added via HR - HR > Planning > Employee Information.
- The employee's role is selected in the Type field. The work group it is affiliated with is entered manually. The employee's superior role is chosen to ensure a hierarchical system. Hierarchy code is determined for the employee. The information is entered and saved.
By clicking on the chart button at the top of the page, the diagram of the business group can be seen. It is the same scheme as the one we opened on the listing screen.
