Collective Time Expenditure
With the Workcube Aggregate Time Expenditure page, the purpose is to record data in the monthly/weekly time expenditure field for employees in the organization, and record day-based time expenditures by selecting the cost center and current accounts under a project.
Attention:This function of Workcube can only be used by employees you authorize.
Collective Time Purpose of Use of Expenditure
To record the transactions made by the employees in the projects determined by the companies or organizations and the time they spend while doing these tasks, and to check whether these works are carried out within the targeted periods.
Another purpose of this screen is to determine whether the employees in your organization have completed the 45 hours of working time per week by taking into account the daily transactions they have made and the total working time they spend daily and weekly in response to these transactions. It allows you to see overtime hours.
Attention:One of the main purposes of using this screen is to measure the efficiency of employees in the workplace, as well as to monitor the current status of the work given to the employee through the system and keep these employees under control at certain periods determined by the company. auditing can be done.
Creating Collective Time Expenditure
To create collective time expenditure, first monitoring A record is created for the employee or employees on the required Path: HR-HR > Personnel-Payroll > Attendance and Control > Collective Time Expenditure screen.

- Branch/Department: It refers to the area where the branch and department are selected.
- Hour: The time of the effort spent is written.
- Work Type: This is the field where the work type is selected.
- Current Account: Current account is selected.
- Product: Product selection done.
- Min. : This is where the minutes remaining after the hour of total effort spent are written.
- Project: This is the field where the project is selected.
- Cost Center: Cost center is selected.
- Description: This is the field where the explanation about the effort spent is written.
- Process: It is the selection of process stages defined in the system.
- Work: Created in the system. It refers to the recording of time spent on tasks/tasks.
- Status: Select whether Planned/Actual.
- Date: The day the effort was made.
- Category: This is the area where the category is selected.
- Activities: This is the area where the activity is selected.
Attention 1: The recorded data is recorded on the time expenditure screen.
The second step is for employees to view the collective time expenditures entered.
To view first follow Path: Intranet > MyPortal > HR Operations > Time Expenses on the weekly or monthly basis.

16. Weekly Time Expenditure/Monthly Time Expenditure: It is the selection of data to list the time expenditures desired to be displayed.
17. Filter: Listing data by writing the name and surname of the employee.
18. Category: It refers to listing the time expenditures made in the relevant selected category by selecting a category.
19. Process: It refers to listing the process of recorded time expenditures.
20. Start and End Date: Listing the recorded time expenditures by selecting the start and end dates.
21. Activities: This is the place where the activity is selected and the collective time expenditures made in the relevant activity are listed.
22. Current Account: This is where the collective time expenditures made in the relevant current accounts are listed by selecting the current account.
23. Project: This is the place where the project is selected and the collective time expenditures made in the relevant projects are listed.
