Campaigns
With the campaign business function in the marketing module, all marketing activities are managed from a single center and information about marketing activities is collected in one center. Marketing budgets are created by segmenting the target audience within the campaign. The created campaigns are associated with promotions and actions and work integrated with the Product, Sales and Budget Modules.

Adding a Campaign
When adding a campaign, first the outline of the campaign is determined.
- No: Campaign number comes from document numbers. It is defined in the Control Panel > System > General Settings > Document Numbers field.
- Subject: If it will be published on the Internet or sent by e-mail, the subject title of the campaign is entered.
- Description: The purpose of the campaign and explanations about the campaign can be written in this field.
- Category and Sub-Category: Campaign classifications and breakdowns made in the parameters are selected.
- Start and End Date: Campaigns are published for certain periods of time. The valid dates of the prepared campaign are determined.
- Process: It refers to the current stage of the campaign. For example; Preparation, publication, cancellation, etc.
- Related Project: If the campaign is based on a project, its relationship is established.
- Leader: The person responsible for determining and executing the campaign is selected.
- Design Project URL: If there is a design for the campaign, a URL is given from here to the relevant page.
- Partner and Public Portal: If the campaign will be published on B2B or B2C sites, the member categories to which this campaign is valid are selected here.
- Participation Commitment Period: Specific conditions can be determined for the campaign. For example; In order to be included in this campaign, a 12-month commitment must be given.
- User-Friendly Url: The name to be displayed in the address bar of B2B and B2C sites is created.
Campaign detail XML settings
- Should Category Segmentation Definition be made?
If yes, the Segmentation Definitions field will be opened under the other section and definitions will be made. - Shall the Sales Premium Definition be made?
If yes, the Bonus Definitions field will be opened under the other section and definitions will be made. - Should Promotion Records Be Displayed?
If yes, the Promotions field opens and allows adding new single or multiple promotions for the campaign. - Should Action Records Be Displayed?
If yes, the Actions field opens and allows adding a new action for the campaign or displaying the actions related to the campaign on the campaign detail page. - Should Campaign Operation Lines Be Displayed?
If the subscription module is used, if yes is selected, the "Products Sold to Subscribers" field will be opened. The definitions made here are associated with the subscriber if the campaign is selected. - Should Payment Method Selection Be Mandatory in Campaign Operation Lines?
It makes it mandatory for Subscribers to choose a payment method in the line in the Sellable Products field. - Different Payment Methods Should Not Be Selected in Campaign Operation Lines
If Yes is selected and payment methods are determined on the campaign detail page, Products Sellable to Subscribers This ensures that no other payment method other than the specified payment methods is selected in the line. - Show VAT in Campaign Operation Lines
Determines whether VAT will be displayed on the line in the Products Sold to Subscribers field. - Show OTV in Campaign Operation Lines
Determines whether SCT will be displayed in the line in the Products Saleable to Subscribers field. - Show Discount Amount in Campaign Operation Lines
Shown in the line in the Products Saleable to Subscribers field. Determines whether the Discount Amount will be displayed or not. - Show VAT Amount in Campaign Operation Lines
Determines whether to display VAT Amount in the line in the Products Sold to Subscribers field. - Should the Participation Commitment Period be displayed?
If yes, the Participation Commitment Period field opens and the number of months of commitment is defined on a monthly basis.
Campaign detail
The campaign detail page displays the information of a campaign previously added to the system. Creating a target audience for the campaign or associating an existing one, determining a campaign team, creating or associating a coupon for a promotion or campaign, recording notes or events, and preparing campaign content for different media are all done through the campaign detail page.
- List Manager: The created target audience is displayed with the list manager. Missing or incorrect information is displayed here. Final corrections such as additions and deletions are made.
- Mail List: If the site is managed through the system, links such as register and subscribe can be given to people who are not affiliated with the member. Incoming feedback is added to the mailing list.
- Comments: Comments made for the campaign are reviewed.
- Project: If the campaign is linked to a project, the project detail page can be accessed directly via the link.
- Payment Methods: The payment methods to be used in the campaign are defined. In this way, payment methods for the orders to be received are determined in advance.
- Category Segmentation Definitions: If salespeople or affiliate members will earn premiums through these campaigns, the relevant criteria are determined here.
- Category Bonus Definitions: Member categories selected in the segmentation definition come with this field and their premium definitions.
Campaign detail other fields and functions
- Submissions: Campaign submissions are made from this field. The content to be sent is added with the Add icon.
- SendGrid Templates: The previously prepared template is selected.
- Sms Content: The information to be sent in SMS is selected in the ready fields.
- SendGrid Templates: The previously prepared template is selected.
- Campaign Coupon: Discount etc. for the campaign. If there are transactions, a coupon can be defined for the campaign.
- Contents: The contents to be used within the scope of the campaign can be associated or new content can be recorded with the + button in the widget area.
- Evaluation Forms: An evaluation form has been prepared to measure the success of the campaign after the campaign.
- Events: The campaign can also be used for announcements. Announcement of this event can be made through the campaign by associating it with a previously planned event.
- Workflow Designer: If there is a flow for the campaign, it can be designed.
- Promotions: Opens depending on the XML settings. Single or collective promotions for the campaign can be defined. When a promotion is saved, it is displayed both on the campaign detail page and a record is added to the promotions page. Specified promotions can be used on orders.
- Actions:An action is added to the campaign to determine which products within the campaign will be discounted and how. An action can only be associated with one campaign.
- Products Sellable to Subscribers: If the subscription module is used and products are determined within the campaign, definitions are made here. After these definitions are made, the subscriber detail is selected and the relationship is established.
For example; A 15% campaign discount has been defined on the alarm product of this campaign. If the "Let Campaign Operation Rules Work" box is checked in the payment plan in the subscriber detail, a 15% discount will be applied to the alarm product when creating the payment plan.
On the right side in the campaign detail fields;
- Target Audience: The people that the campaign will reach are determined by the target audience. Target Audience can be created from one or more previously defined target audiences, or a new target audience specific to the campaign can be defined.
- Team: The people who will work in the campaign and those responsible are determined together with their roles.
- Surveys: A survey for the campaign can be created. This created survey can be used in campaign e-mail sending if desired. A survey can be sent along with the campaign.
- Calendar-Agenda: The date of the campaign can be determined in the campaign details, or an agenda record can be created and the release date can be viewed by everyone.
- Notes: Special notes for the campaign can be created. All added notes are listed one under the other with their links.
- Documents: Documents related to the campaign can be added to the campaign detail page. All added documents are listed below with their links.

In Campaign Management; campaigns can be created and managed, target audiences can be determined and segmented, potential and existing customers can be tracked. Before campaigns are created, campaign goals are recorded for campaign performance measurement.
