Overtime Report
Overtime Report is a comprehensive analysis tool used in Human Resources management to monitor the activities of employees outside standard working hours. Through the report, both historical data can be examined and overtime breakdowns can be obtained, which will form the basis of payroll processes.

The report is fed from the entered overtime. In addition, the process filter in the report filter is also affected by the xml settings in overtime. If "Overtimes" is selected in the "Data to List" option in the HR - HR > Personnel-Payroll > Attendance and Control > Overtimes page xml settings, the process filter will appear. Rows highlighted in red in the report output represent manual intervention or exceptions (such as direct data from input-output records).
Data; It can be grouped by Employee, Branch, Department, Position Type or Parent Department. If "Display Upper Department Level Information?" is selected in the xml in the report detail, the graduated department column will be opened. Those using the Parent/Child Department hierarchy should open it here.
- Date Range: Certain months are displayed by selecting the starting and ending year/month.
- Organizational Units: Only the data of the relevant units can be listed by making restrictions based on company, branch and department.
- Report Base: Employee, Branch, It can be grouped on the basis of Department, Position Type or Parent Department.
- Data Type: Working hours can be displayed in hours or minutes depending on preference.
Report Content and Columns
- Normal Working: Additional work done on weekdays studies.
- Weekend Work: Works falling on Saturdays or Sundays.
- General Holidays: Working hours on public and religious holidays.
- Night Work: Night shifts or additional work at late hours.
- Total Work: All overtime types cumulative total.
Feedback
Enables collective reporting of overtime worked by employees.
