Execution deduction is a certain percentage deduction from an employee's salary due to his debt. In accordance with the Execution and Bankruptcy Law, the employer is obliged to deduct a certain amount from the wages of the employee against whom a seizure decision has been made.
Path: HR-IK > Personnel-Payroll > Payroll and Scorecard > Enforcements
Before applying deductions based on fixed amounts in enforcements, you can take a look at our "enforcement practices" document.
Instead of the rates specified by law (1/1, 1/3, 1/4), a fixed amount deduction can also be made upon the employee's request .
In this case, the "execution rate" is selected as fixed in the execution detail.
If "execution rate" is selected as fixed "fixed amount" input is automatically displayed.

Afterwards, the "fixed amount" to be deducted is determined.
After entering the "enforcement amount" and "execution date", registration is made and upd. The "accept" checkbox is marked on the screen.

Points and Payroll Review
The employee's salary was defined based on a gross wage of 10,000 lira.
For example, let's say there is an enforcement amount of 11,000 lira for this employee and the enforcement date is determined as January. When the fixed amount is entered as 2,500 lira, 10,000 lira is deducted from 4 x 2,500. The remaining amount of 1,000 lira is below the determined fixed amount. Since the enforcement is open, the remaining amount, that is, 1,000 liras, must be deducted in the following 5th month.
(January,February,March,April 2,500 TL) (May 11,000 - 10,000 = 1,000 TL)
Amounts reflected for enforcement deductions in the payroll for January and May can be seen below.

Things to consider:
- Even if the deduction amount is fixed, if the remaining balance is lower than the deduction amount, that amount All must be cut in the following month.
- After a performance is recorded, the "Accept" box must be checked. Otherwise, it will not be reflected in the scorecard.
