Health Expenses, Payroll and Accounting
The following adjustments must be made to reflect Health Expenses in payroll and accounting transactions.
Payroll Flow Parameters Health Expenditure Settings
- Information about how your Health Expenditure will be reflected in the payroll as Additional Allowance. Definitions of additional allowance, including for the employee and for the employee's relative, must be made on the "Additional Allowance Definitions" page. Path: ehesap.list_odenek
Note: If the same rules apply for both, making a single definition will be sufficient. - The deduction definition, which includes your information about how your Health Expense will be reflected in the payroll as a deduction, must be made on the "Deduction Definitions" page.
Path: ehesap.list_cut - After the Additional Allowance and Deduction Definitions are made for the Employee's Relative and the Employee Himself,
- Additional Allowance definitions from the Payroll Flow Parameters; "Additional Allowance" for the Employee Himself, "Additional Allowance for the Employee's Relative" "Additional Allowance for the Employee's Relative"
- Deduction Definitions; "Deduction"(a single field is used), For Self and Relatives, "Deduction Accounting Code" must be defined for the Deduction Accounting Code.

Transaction Category Health Expenditure Settings
- When "Contracted Institution Health Invoices(1201)" or "Health Expenditures(2503)" is selected in Transaction Categories, "Appropriation Transaction" will automatically appear on the right. "Perform" and "Perform Deduction" options will appear on the screen. The option that requires which operations to be performed in which transaction type should be selected and the transaction type should be recorded.
If yes, no current treatment is applied to the Allowance or Deduction. It is reflected in the employee payroll as an Additional Allowance or Deduction. It is reflected in the Employee Payroll as an Additional Allowance in Non-Contracted Institutions To be reflected in the Employee Payroll as a Deduction in Contracted Institutions; Health Expenditures XML "Does the employee pay his/her share during the treatment?"
