Organization Canvas
Traditionally, organization; It is defined as the structuring of people who come together to achieve goals and objectives around formal or informal roles and relationships, and the realization of determined actions by these structures. The dominant management system in today's organizations, based on the command-control paradigm of soldiers and perceiving business life as mechanical, has lost its effectiveness in fast-changing technologies and faster-changing global environments. Businesses and business scientists are searching for and adapting more effective organizational structures that will facilitate achieving strategic goals. The Internet and the change it has caused are dealing significant blows to the bureaucratic-hierarchical structures established to guarantee authority. Hierarchical rules and hierarchical structures, pyramid organizations as we know them, are becoming cubic. The source of authority is now knowledge. On the other hand, with the increase in technology and communication opportunities, businesses are turning people who are not on the payroll, in a sense they do not have an administrative and legal employee-employer relationship, into a part of the organization. In addition, customers have external resources that perform various business functions by being part of the workforce, just like an employee.

The Organization Canvas prepared by Kutlu Merih and Ömer Turhan helps to understand the matrix structure and management culture of the business and to design an informatics-based matrix structure. Aim; To create a conducive environment for people to better use their creativity and capacities, to connect control functions to KPIs and to perform "self-control".
