Workcube has a user-specific home page structure. The first thing that greets the user when logging into the Workcube system is the "Agenda" page. The agenda page allows us to see every item we add as widgets when we first enter the home page. Due to the structure of the agenda page, there are Widget-Boxes side by side and one above the other. "top, bottom, right, left" is moved as desired by drag and drop method.

This guide provides detailed information on which documents users should read before starting to use Workcube and what to pay attention to when implementing it.

My Jobs

Widget-Box where active jobs are displayed in list form. It works in pagination format and comes with ten records by default. Paging is done after the first ten records. In the Agenda settings, in the My Works section, there are two options: "Overhead Tasks Included" and "Overhead Tasks Excluded". When the Include Parent Jobs option is selected, it also brings the records of the parent jobs (milestone) selected in the job detail to the list. The following selections in the XML settings affect this Widget-Box.

Daily Agenda (Agenda)

Daily meetings and visits are displayed Widget-Box. The tasks and events that need to be done during the day are displayed. Agenda entries are listed grouped hourly between 8:00 and 20:00.

Within the agenda settings; There are 4 options: Networg Agenda (Default), My Agenda, Department Agenda, Branch Agenda. Depending on the selection made, records appear on the agenda page. Branch Agenda is used in branch-based businesses so that each branch can see its own to-do items. The system also includes a Training Agenda.

Correspondence

This is a Widget-Box that lists the correspondence received or sent by the logged-in user, saved on the Correspondence page. It works in pagination format and returns twenty records per page by default.

Internal Requests

It defaults to ten records per page. In the details of the employee's internal request, you can see your own and active internal requests in the 'to whom' field. Domestic requests with a recording date of "Before Now", that is, before the second you enter the page, or "After Now", that is, after the second you enter the page, and a target date (Taget_date) appear on the agenda page.

Markets

Displays the rates of currencies in the markets and registered in the system. In order to receive current exchange rates, the robotic task "Show Rates in Markets" must be added.

Hint: The robotic task Let Rates in Markets Update System Rates retrieves the exchange rates from the CBRT.

Announcements

Announcements is a Widget-Box that displays the content of the departments of employees in a certain position or the company where all employees work. The last 10 active and unexpired records are listed. In order for the content to appear in the announcements area; “Internet” and “Announce on Home Page” should be marked in the broadcast information. Additionally, the homepage must be selected in the content category in the parameters. It works in integration with the content language and the system language.

Notes

Widget-Box in which an employee leaves a note for another employee or himself. is the part. When adding notes, the notes appear for the user whose name is written in the "Note Left" field. There is no list limit in note display. The user who sent the note is displayed in the "Leaving the Note" section, the "Reply" button is clicked, a note is written in the "Description*" section, and the message is returned to the employee who sent the note by clicking the "Save" button. Notes can be deleted later.

Polls on the Agenda (Survey)

Surveys; Used in Product Management, Marketing and Internally. The user is shown one survey at a time, with the first recorded survey asked first. After the survey is answered, if there is another survey, a new survey will appear. Participation in surveys is achieved by selecting the appropriate option and clicking the "Vote" button. When there are no more surveys to answer, the results of the answered surveys are displayed. Whether or not the survey can be viewed by a user depends on the following steps in survey registration:

Fresh Content

These are contents written for Workcube users to read if they wish. Contents are listed from newest to oldest and update date. Ten content posts are listed in a fixed format without pagination. The User's Position must be included in the position types of the created content. The "Announce on Home Page" option should not be selected in the content. Otherwise, it will appear in the "Announcements" section, but not in the "Fresh Content" section. The display of images added in the content depends on the xml setting.

Open Rule Popups

Texts saved in the Document-Form templates and whose License Agreement box is checked appear. There are “I Accept” and “Cancel” options, but even if the rules are accepted, the popup will continue to appear on the home page as long as the option is turned on.

Internal Job Postings

Widget-Box where in-company job postings appear. Returns a record of all available job postings. There is no pagination or limits. The records entered on the "HR Postings" page and Intranet selected are listed.

Birthdays

Widget-Box where employees with birthdays are listed. There is no pagination or limit on records.

Newcomers

Widget-Box where newly hired employees are displayed. Lists the employee for seven days from their start date. Newly hired employees are listed by grouping on a branch basis.

Permissions

Widget-Box where people on leave are displayed. The person on leave is listed with "Name - Surname, Leave Type (Annual Leave, Unpaid Leave, etc.), Leave Start Date - Time and Leave End Date - Time" and there is no pagination or limit in the records. Day selection can be made with "Show How Many Days in Advance for Those Going to Leave" in the XML settings.

Videos (TV)

Widget-Box added from the TV job function. The arrival of videos depends on the criteria selected when adding them. The last five records are displayed. When "All Videos" is clicked, you are directed to the "Digital Archive - TV" page where all other videos are located.

Hint: (loom.com, yo utube.com, youtu.be, vimeo.com) It can receive URL-corresponding links or mp4 extension videos in digital assets.

Forums

Forums; Widget-Box that displays discussion threads that provide information flow in the form of "Question and Answer" for current business or project ideas. It is displayed depending on the access permissions on the forum adding/updating pages, and "Share on Intranet" must be selected.
