My Portal
My Portal business family falls under Intranet. Information on the intranet is managed and transactions are made through the modules under this job family.
Attention: If you want to access the modules and make changes, you must have sufficient permissions on a module basis.

My Information
Path: Top Menu > Employee Card
HR employees can enter details about themselves from the My Position, My Information, and My Resume pages.
At the same time, the warnings and approvals received by the user can be viewed on the My Warnings and Approvals page. Depending on the user's authorization group, there are transactions and processes that must be approved in order for the processes to continue. More information can be obtained by reading the article titled "Warnings and Approvals".
HR Transactions
Path: Intranet > HR Transactions
With HR transactions, the user can perform self-service HR transactions. These transactions are request transactions such as Advance, Leave, Overtime and Equipment. The transaction takes place when the relevant manager approves this request.
In addition to requests, pages such as Evaluation Forms, My Shifts, PDKS Status can also be accessed from this screen.
Other Transactions
Path: Intranet > Other Transactions
Self-service transactions other than IK It is done through the Other Transactions page. Purchasing, Payment and Internal request transactions are included here.
In addition, many pages such as Correspondence, Leave Approvals, Goals I Have Given and Personnel Requests can be accessed.
Agenda
Path: Top Menu > Agenda
All agenda records on the system are from this page. can be viewed. The agenda entry is opened and other employees on the system can be added to the entry as participants.

Literature

All parts of the company literature can be viewed on this screen. This area works directly with the Content Management module. If you want it to appear in the Literature field when new content is added, the relevant selections must be made on the content detail screen.

Intracompany discussions and information exchange can be made via the forum. Thus, company employees have an area where they can communicate together and express their opinions about discussions.
Contact

Address Book, Incoming and Outgoing Pages such as Document and Cargo Transactions, Message Management System and Correspondence are under the communication module. Information about the use of pages can be found by searching the page name on the Wiki.
Help
Path: Top Menu > Question Mark Button
From this menu, especially the in-house Wiki, Areas such as tips, innovations and report a problem can be accessed. When help is needed with the system, support is received from this area.
