With maintenance operations, first of all, a malfunction is reported and a maintenance plan is created accordingly. The maintenance manager approves the request and directs the person who will do the job, along with the parts to be replaced and the checks that need to be carried out in the work order. During maintenance, existing materials are removed from stock or procured from outside. He completes the maintenance and enters the time spent and the operations performed into the system. When the maintenance is completed, the work order is closed and the relevant asset is activated again and put into use.
