Evaluation Weights
Workcube Evaluation Weights are the annual evaluation of the employees in your organization with individual target weights, company performance result weights, company performance result, title function breakdowns defined in the system.
Attention:This function of Workcube can only be used by employees you have authorized.
Purpose of Use of Evaluation Weights
Evaluation weights are used to determine how the results of employees' individual and company targets during the year are affected positively or negatively on the basis of title and function, as well as their strengths and weaknesses thanks to the annual bottom performance result.
Attention:When the "Run from Process?" check box is checked, the process stage created for the relevant page is activated.
Attention:Required fields must be entered to make an evaluation. However, at least one field from the title or functions must be selected to create evaluation weights on the page.
Evaluation Weights Record
To create evaluation weights records, the first thing to follow is Path: After selecting the relevant fields on the HR-HR > Performance > Performance > Evaluation Weights screen. The "+" icon should be clicked.


- Active: Active/passive selection.
- Individual Target Weight: Individual performance weight ratio is written.
- Company Performance Result Weight: Company performance weight ratio is written.
- Company Performance Result: Company's general performance result
- Title: It refers to the area where titles are selected.
- Function:Function types defined in the system are selected.
- Year:This is the field where the year is selected.
- Should it run from the process: If the system is to run according to the stages defined in the processes, the relevant check box should be ticked.
