Opportunity Management is used to track sales situations before a sales offer. After the first interaction with the prospective customer, an opportunity record is opened in the system. Sales activities are carried out through the opportunity record until the status of the offer or order is finalized. Online access to Workcube allows the sales team to instantly access the information they need by logging into the system wherever they are, and thus to gain new customers by evaluating all sales opportunities.
