Additional Allowance Definitions
Some additional allowances may be given to employees during the year, in addition to salaries. Additional Allowance is a fee in addition to the monthly wage. When defining additional allowance on Workcube, it can be adjusted according to various parameters, additional allowance can be entered in bulk, a certain amount of additional allowance can be given or it can be proportioned according to the employee's salary. The time periods in which these allowances will be given can also be adjusted.
To create an Additional Allowance definition, a new additional allowance type must first be created via Payroll Rules > Additional Allowance Definitions .

- SGK Status: Which of the Worker, Civil Servant and Self-Employed groups will be determined?
- Definition : Definition of additional appropriation.
- Amount: The amount to be applied for the additional appropriation is determined. This field can be entered as zero, and the amount can also be determined on the employee when defining additional allowance for the person.
- Currency: Choose the currency in which payment will be made. For foreign currency types, the allowance is calculated according to the current exchange rate.
- SGK: If exempt is selected, no SSI deduction will be made from the defined additional allowance.
- Tax: If exempt is selected, the defined additional allowance will be exempt from income tax.
- Stamp Tax: If exempt, there will be no stamp duty deduction.
- Unemployment Share: If exempt, it will be exempt from Unemployment share deduction.
- Amount Day: There are 3 options: All, Day and Actual Day.
NOTE: Additional Allowance Amount day, if the employee has an unpaid leave during the month, is reflected in the summary by proportioning it to the working day according to the selected parameter. For example, if the Actual day is selected in the Additional Allowance definitions and the employee has 10 days of unpaid leave in the same month, Normal Day-Weekly Holiday-Leave period (30-4-10) = 16 days FullAllIf the All option is selected, the entered amount will be given directly as additional allowance.If the amount is 300 TL, 300 TL amount will be given as additional allowance, regardless of how many days the employee works in the month. It is reflected in the summary.DayIf Normal Day is selected, it takes the total working day.If Amount:300 TL and total work (normal day + Week Holiday) is 30 days, additional allowance in the amount of (300/30)*Day = ... is reflected in the summary.Actual DayActual day is Normal Day-Weekly holiday.If Amount:300 TL and total work(30) - Weekly Holiday(4) = Actual Day(26) x 300 = 7.800 TL additional allowance is summed up.
- Included in Severance:It is selected whether the additional allowance defined for the employee will be included in the severance pay base in case the employee leaves the job.
