When finalizing the production, the actual consumption and losses of the product are updated in the table automatically created from the production order. You can automatically create a production exit voucher, consumption voucher and inter-warehouse delivery note from the production result.

Path: ERP > Production > Production Planning > Production Results

Production result from the "Production Results" section in the created production order detail you can add.

When the Production Results page opens, Order No, Result No, Lot No, Station, Warehouse etc. The sections will arrive automatically.

Consumable Warehouse, shows the warehouse where consumption will take place. Production Warehouse is the warehouse where the stock will enter when the relevant semi-finished product leaves production. When you save by selecting Shipment Warehouse, the product is transferred to the production warehouse after Quality Control approval after production.

Following the page;

1-You can view the semi-finished product and quantity information in the Production Result field. Other products may also be sold as a result of the production order. You can enter these by clicking the “+” icon in the production result section.

At the same time, the By-Products - Outputs defined in the product tree are listed in this field according to the quantity of the production result and are reflected on the stock receipts.

2-If the result is related to the order, you can view the details and take action in the Order Detail field.

3-If it occurs in the Fire field, you can view the details and take action.

After saving the production result, you can perform the following operations on the screen;

1-Production Order: This link takes you to the detail of the relevant production order.

2-Offset Slip: You can view the accounting transactions resulting from this production from this area.

Type: You can review the Production Management / Questions-Answers document for the Accounting of the Production Result.

3-Related Physical Assets: If the production is related to a physical asset, you can select it here.

4-Pauses: You can define the pauses in production from this field. For example, you can define a 1-hour lunch break from the pauses field.

5-Add Time Expenditure: You can enter time expenditure into this production and see who spent how much time on which job from the added time expenditures.

If the production warehouse is selected while the production result is being saved, the create stock voucher button will appear, creating a stock voucher at the same time

Attention: If you do not want to create a stock voucher without performing Quality Control, "Select Quality Control Information When Creating Stock Voucher" should be selected as yes in the XML settings. You can review the "Production Planning Page Settings" document.
