Mass Position Change
Every employee who will perform transactions on Workcube screens must have a position card. The position description should be made by taking into account the actions to be taken by the employees, including definitions such as responsibility and authorization of the position. Position changes are made from the Roles-Positions screens. In cases where it is necessary to update the positions of more than one employee, the "Collective Position Update" screen is used.
- The Company, Branch, List the employees by making selections from the Department, Position Type fields.
- Check the box at the end of the line for the employees whose positions you will update.
- Make changes in the fields (Position, Position Type, Department, Title, etc.) where you want to make changes to the employees.
- Select the date and reason for which the change will be valid,
- Enter your description of the transaction in the Registration Information section and complete the process. select. Depending on the selection made, the processes will appear on the "Warnings" screen of the relevant units. Units enter the explanations in the same way and change the processes and take the transaction to approval.
- Preparation: The process of the transaction that is in the preparation phase is selected as "Preparation".
- Unit Approval: The process of the transaction sent for unit approval is selected as "Unit Approval".
- Manager Approval: After the relevant unit approves, the process is selected as "Manager Approval" and the process is forwarded to the manager.
- Appointment Made: After the manager's approval, the process is selected as "Appointment Made".
- Position Vacated: When there is no employee left in the relevant position. The process is selected as "Position Vacated".
The transactions performed will be displayed on the employees' position card and the position will be updated starting from the selected date.

Workcube HR-Role Planning Module allows the management of all positions within the company, position employees, and all position-related planning and definitions. The Role Planning Module allows viewing employees who meet the qualifications defined for vacant positions within the organization.
3.7.2. Position Task Transfer
With the position task transfer function, if an employee in one position changes position within the company or leaves the job, the actions that the employee is responsible for are transferred to the employee in another position.
