Workcube HR-Role Planning Module allows the management of all positions within the company, position employees, and all plans and definitions of the position. The Role Planning Module allows viewing employees who meet the qualifications defined for vacant positions within the organization. In this way, internal appointments can be made easily. Position history, vacancies within the organization, and positions by departments can be easily viewed.
Role Planning Module also allows automatic task transfer from position to position. In this respect, the Role Planning Module is a critical module for all Workcube modules and solutions. Backup and supervisor selection, authority and responsibilities, qualification definitions, norm staff management, position-related measurement and evaluation forms, position cost information and activities are all managed in this module.
