Supervisors and Substitutes
From the Supervisors and Substitutes screen, you can select substitute superiors or employees to be commented on for a position within the Workcube role planning setup. This function enables leave processes, performance evaluation processes or backups for positions that may remain vacant on Workcube.
When you make a list by typing the name of the employee whose information you want to access in the filtering field on the Supervisors and Substitutes page, the relevant employee, Position, Branch, Department, 1st Supervisor, 2.Supervisor, 1.Substitute, Position to be Commented on and Evaluation Form information are listed. If you do not want to filter by employee, you can list "All Positions, Filled Positions, Vacant Positions" in the filtering field.
- By clicking on the marked icon, you can view the "Supervisor of the Position" list.
- By clicking on this icon, you can access the "All Supervisors" list based on branch.
- Employee of the Position: Employee and position information will come automatically.
- Supervisors: In the Supervisors field, the 1st Supervisor and 2nd Supervisor fields automatically bring the department managers specified in the position detail to this field, but they can be changed. You can also use these fields to determine different supervisors. It is used to indicate the manager to be notified about the evaluations (such as performance evaluation) to be made for the employee in the position in the Opinion field.
- Substitutes: In the Substitutes field, you can select the employees who can be assigned to this position in case the employee in the position is appointed to another position or the position is vacated.
After specifying the necessary information, you click on the "Save" button. This information will be saved and displayed in the Supervisors and Substitutes list.
Note: If you want the upper department level information to be displayed in the Supervisors and Substitutes list, If you want to display the upper department level information in the Control Panel > Page Settings, you can use the "1 - Display Upper Department Level Information?" XML. Select "Yes".
Feedback
Permission processes, performance evaluations, etc. for a position within the role planning setup. It allows the supervisor to give feedback to the employee for the transactions or to provide backup for positions that may remain vacant.
