Customer-Supplier Risk Limits
Transaction amounts can be limited by determined customer-supplier risk limits. Thus, risk is predicted and over-limit transactions are prevented.

Attention: Necessary process, transaction and parameter definitions should be made by reading the article titled "Risk and Collateral Definitions". Customer-Supplier Risk limits cannot be determined without these definitions being made completely.
Adding Customer-Supplier Risk Limit

There are many details that can be added to determine risk limits;
- Process: Customer-Supplier risk One of the process stages can be selected in accordance with the process definition of the limit. For example; Preparation, Unit Approval, Manager Approval, Publication.
- Our Company: Company selection is made.
- Current Account: The current account for which the risk limit will be determined is selected.
- Open Account Limit and Currency: The open account limit of the current account is determined. and foreign currency equivalent is automatically included depending on the transaction currency selection.
- Forward Payment Limit and Currency: The client's deferred payment limit is determined and the foreign currency equivalent is automatically included according to the transaction currency selection.
- Payment Blockage: Payment blockage is expressed numerically.
- Blockage. Type: The type of payment blockage can be selected based on percentage, amount and stock cost.
- Delay Difference:Due difference is stated as a percentage.
- Early Payment Discount:The discount to be applied in case of early payment is stated as a percentage.
- Purchase and Sales Payment Methods: Standard Payment Methods and Credit Card Payment Separate selections can be made for buying and selling methods. Note: To define payment methods, definitions can be made from the "Payment Methods" and "Credit Card Payment/Collection Methods" parameters on the Control Panel > System > Parameters screen.
- Installment Transaction Can Be Made: If selected, the current account becomes capable of installment transaction.
- Black List: Client's debt If you want to add it to the list, this selection box is checked. If the reasons for blacklisting are defined on the parameters screen, selection can be made. Definitions can be made from Control Panel > System > Parameters > Risk-Guarantee parameters. For example; overdue debt, enforcement proceedings, etc. Reasons for blacklisting can be added parametrically. The current blacklist is included by selecting the blacklisting date.
- Transaction Currency: Depending on the transaction currency selection, the foreign currency equivalents of the limits are automatically displayed.
After filling in the required fields, Customer-supplier risk limits are determined by pressing the "Register" button.
Attention: When risk limits are determined, you will be warned if you try to perform a transaction above this limit.
Note: If Customer-Supplier risk definitions are requested, you can go to the account details on the Corporate Accounts and Individual Accounts pages and click on the "Risk and Working Information" button at the top right.
Risk Definitions Listing and Updating
Risk definitions are listed after company selection. This list includes the Member Number of the current accounts, Special Code, Purchase Payment Method, Sales Payment Method, Open Account Limit itself, the currency of this limit, the foreign currency equivalent of the limit, the Forward Payment Instrument Limit, the currency of this limit, the foreign currency equivalent of the limit and the Payment Blockage on a daily basis.

Now Let's look at the screen where the current account's risk limit can be updated.

Unlike the Risk Limit adding screen, there are some operations that can be done here:
- Shipment Method: Shipment method can be selected. Shipment methods can be defined from the parameters screen.
- Carrier and Carrier Authorized: Carrier selection is made from the accounts. The authorized person of the account is automatically displayed in the Carrier Authorized field.
- Priority Sales and Purchase Price Lists: Price lists can be selected according to the price list definitions made on the system. For more information, the article titled "Price Lists" should be read.
- Exchange Rate Type: Buying Rate, Selling Rate, Effective Buying Rate and Effective Selling Rate can be selected as type. More information can be read in the article titled "Currency and Rates".
- Buying Conditions and Selling Conditions can be determined on the upper right side. Promotions on sale can be viewed. For detailed information about the Product Buying and Selling conditions, you should read the article titled "Product Buying and Selling Conditions". The article titled "Promotions" contains detailed information about the promotions in sales.
Various operations can be performed in the rest of the update screen;
Worked Price Lists: Price list selection is made based on buying/selling. If there is a working price list that takes priority over other price lists in the list, it is marked with this selection box.
DBS Limits: The DBS limit is defined by determining the limit on a bank-by-bank basis.
Special Prices and Discounts: In this field, the category, brand, model, product and payment method of the price list are selected and discount amounts are entered. For detailed information, the article titled "Special Prices and Discounts" should be read.
Quota and Premiums: Quotas and premiums can be added in this section. For detailed information, the article titled "Targets and Quotas" should be read.
General Discounts: General discounts are determined by selecting the type, determining the start and end dates, entering the discount percentage and selecting the branches to which this discount will be valid.
Group Risk Limits: In this field, companies' Open Account Limit, Forward Term Payment Limit and Total Limit are included.
Contracts: If there is a contract or agreement related to the current account, it can be added here. For more information, you can read the article titled "Agreements".


Risk Analysis Report
Path: BI - Report > Standard Reports > Risk and Collateral > Risk Analysis
