With the Workcube Workplace Health Examination system, health examinations of employees are recorded in the system. Recording of examinations is done to ensure that employees are healthy and to prevent the spread of a possible disease.

Listing Workplace Health Examinations

Workplace On the Health Examinations listing screen, listing is made with the Employee Based or Examination based listing options. In the employee-based option, listing is made with employee information. On the basis of examination, listing is made according to the examination details of the employee.

You can go to the examination new registration screen by clicking on the plus icon.

Workplace Health Examination New Registration. Screen

1. Document Number: The document number is automatically generated by the system. New naming or numbering can be made.

2. Process: The process of the examination should be determined. It is determined by options such as report, recording or information.

3. Employee, Date: The employee being examined and the examination date must be entered. If the employee is not registered to the system, it must be selected after registration.

4. Physician: The doctor who performs the examination registered in the system is selected.

5. Examination Type: The section that was visited for the examination is selected.

Recommendation: If examination types are not defined, you should go to the Examination Type registration screen.

Path: HR-HR > Other HR > Health and Assurance Transactions > Inspection. Type

6. Complaint: The reason for the patient's examination and the symptoms of the disease are entered.

7. Findings/Lab Examinations: The laboratory test results that the doctor requests from the patient as a result of the examination are entered by the doctor.

8. Diagnosis, Explanation: As a result of the examination, the diagnosis of the disease is added to the patient.

Caution: Diagnoses cannot be entered manually. It must be registered in the system.

9. Medications Given: The medication or medications prescribed by the doctor to the patient are entered.

Attention: Medications must be registered in the system. Drug registration is done on the Medicine and Medical Supplies screen.

10. Description: If the doctor wants to record information about how the given medicine should be used or if the doctor wants to record information with the patient, this field can enter.

11. Result: At the end of the examination, the patient's condition such as referral, rest or return to work is determined.

12. Place of Referral: If the patient is requested to be transferred to another hospital, the place to be transferred is entered.

13. Number of Days of Rest, Time of Rest, Start Date of Rest: If a rest report is given by the doctor, the start date of the report, the number of days or time of rest are entered.

14. Next Inspection Date: The inspection date determined for control purposes is entered.

Adding and Updating Workplace Health Inspections

The item on the line in the list When the icon is clicked, the employee's information and recorded examinations appear. These examinations can be updated or new examinations can be added to the employee. At the same time, the employee's health reports can be viewed and a new one can be added by clicking the Health Reports button.

Note: New registration and update screens work in the same format.
