Accident and Visit
In the Health and Safety Transactions module, all transactions related to Accident and Visit are carried out through these pages. All situations of employees who are referred to the hospital due to reasons such as work accidents, occupational diseases, etc. are processed and monitored through the system.
Path: HR > Other HR > Health and Safety Procedures > Accident and Visit
Attention: It must be ensured that the user is authorized in the Health and Safety Procedures module. Authorization can be done from the Authorization Groups page.
Attention 2: Defining transaction categories is mandatory as a preliminary transaction. Example: "Contracted Institution Health Invoice" transaction category must be defined by selecting current, accounting and budget transactions.
Attention 3: All parameters related to the Health and Safety Transactions module must be defined, this parameter list is as follows:
Medicine and Medical Supplies, Work Accident Types, Work Accident Security Clauses, Examination Type, Health Price Protocols, Health Coverage Types, Treatment Categories, Treatment Types, Limb-Organ Definitions.
Accident and Visit Listing
On the Accident and Visit screen, employee visits can be listed by filtering according to branch, work accident types and date ranges. The pencil icon is used to make changes to visit details. If a new employee visit needs to be added, this is done with the "+" icon.
Note: This visit can be printed by clicking on the print icon from the line.

Accident and Visit Record
Click on the "+" icon. After clicking, we are greeted with a new registration screen. The details that can be added vary depending on the selections here.

- Employee: First of all, the employee who performs the visit must be selected.
- Visit Date: Visit start and end dates can be entered in this field as day, month, year and time.
- Explanation: Accident or details about the visit are given in this description field.
- Approval: The person who will approve this visit is selected from this field.
- Selection Boxes: The transaction can be detailed by making selections such as Work Accident, Occupational Disease, Incapacity Benefit, Continuation of Work Accident, Print Without Detail. Some operations occur depending on these selections.
- Work Accident: When the Work Accident selection box is checked, a field appears where information about the work accident can be given. Details of the work accident are revealed in all aspects, from the number of workers on the date of the incident to the type of work accident, the outcome of the accident, witnesses and workers' relatives.
After all the details are given, the transaction is saved by clicking the "Save" button.
Employee Relative. Visits
Path: HR > Other HR > Health and Safety Operations > Employee Relative Visits
From this screen, the results can be filtered by specifying branch selection and date ranges for employee relative visits.
Note: With the print icon, SSI Visit Paper is automatically created and can be printed out if desired.

Employee Relative Visit Registration
When the "+" icon is clicked, the new registration screen opens. On this screen, employee selection is made and, if desired, the employee's relative can be selected by clicking the "+" icon on the registration screen. Thus, information is automatically sent to fields such as Name, Surname, Relationship, Gender, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, and Identity Number. If desired, these fields can be filled in manually.
Then the visit date is selected. If necessary, the choice of the person who will approve this visit can be selected in the Approval section.
After the details are given, the visit is recorded in the system by clicking the "Save" button. Afterwards, it is possible to update or print this record from the list screen.

Feedback
It is used to register and monitor the status of employees who are referred to the hospital due to reasons such as work accidents and occupational diseases.
