Recruitment Parametric Definitions
Workcube Recruitment Parametric Definitions provide all the components you need to effectively manage all processes from candidate employee selection and placement services to CV evaluation categories, CV branches, CV resources, posting groups and exam types, which are effective in the selection and placement process of candidate employees in your organization.
Attention:This function of Workcube can only be used by employees you authorize.
Creating CV Evaluation Records
Creating CV evaluation records Path to be followed first: HR-HR > Personnel-Payroll > Wage Management and Personnel > Detailed Wage Analysis After selecting the relevant fields on the screen, the "Run" icon must be clicked.

- Status: To be added to CV evaluation categories This is where the name of the desired new category is written.
- Image: It refers to the area where the image will be uploaded.
- Description: If there is an explanation about the category to be added, it is written.
Creating CV Branch Categories
What should be followed first to create CV branch categories Path: HR-HR > Recruitment > Recruitment To create Recruitment > CV Branch Categories, click on the "+" icon on the screen. With this parameter, you can add or edit CV branch categories suitable for your business.

- Status: This is the field where Active/Passive is selected.
- Branch Name: The branch name is written.
- View Order: This is the field where the display order in CV branch categories is written.
- View Type: This is the field where the view type is selected.
- Detail: This is the field where the detail about the branch category to be added is written.
Creating a CV Source
What must be followed first to create a CV source Path: HR-HR >The "+" icon must be clicked on the Recruitment > Recruitment > CV Source screen. With this parameter, you can add or remove the advertisement CV source according to your business.

Creating Ad Groups
To create ad groups, first monitor required Path: HR-HR > Recruitment > Recruitment > Posting Groups must be clicked on the "+" icon on the screen to create. With this parameter, you can add or remove ad groups as appropriate for your business.

Creating Exam Types
To create exam types, first follow The "+" icon on the screen must be clicked to create the required Path: HR-HR > Recruitment > Recruitment > Exam Types With this parameter, you can add or remove exam types according to your business.

Note: To delete data, click on the ''-'' icon, to update the data, click on the ''Pencil'' icon. is required.
Feedback
The evaluation results of the CVs are defined. For example; positive, negative etc.
