Classes
With Training Management, trainings are planned for employees, partners and even customers. Classes in which training will be given are created.

Note:Virtual classroom (multifunctional whiteboard, online audio and video) with the Classes screen communication) is created.
Listing Screen

By clicking the search button on the listing screen, the classes registered in the system are listed.
By clicking on the class name or the pencil icon, you can go to the details of the class.
The new class creation screen opens with the plus icon. Let's examine the screen through the sample recording.
Record Screen

1. In the section;
- Only these fields appear on the first registration screen. After the registration process, other fields appear on the screen.
- In this field, the language selection in which the education will be given is made.
- The process and the name of the class are determined.
- The start and end date of the training is entered.
- The person responsible for the class is selected. The branch and department where the class is created are selected.
2. In the section;
Report; On the report screen, a report can be created after the training or education program is completed. The fields that you want to see in the report are selected.
Excused; People who cannot participate in the training are listed on the Excused screen.
Participant Profile; On the Participant Profile screen, the information of the people in the participant list that you want to see is recorded by ticking the relevant boxes.
Open Class; With the Open Class button, you can go to the Intranet Classes screen. Recommendation: You can read our article called "Education" to get detailed information about the intranet classes screen.
3. In the section;
Lessons: In the Courses field, the courses to be seen in the class are associated with the class. And with the plus icon you can go to the courses registration screen. Note:To get detailed information about the course screen, see the document named "Lesson". you can read it.

4. In the section;
Curriculum; In the curriculum section, after the class in which education will be given is created, the education and training programs registered in the system are listed with the search button, and the relevant curriculum is associated with the class. After the selection is made, you can go to the curriculum update screen with the pencil icon in the list. You can go to the curriculum registration screen with the plus icon. Recommendation: You can read the document called Curriculum to get detailed information about the curriculum registration screen.
5. In the section;
Participants; Training participants are selected with the plus icon. The list of participants can be downloaded and printed as a PDF.
Participants can add notes by going into the details of the class.
6. In this section;
The participation status of the participants in the training is determined. By selecting the relevant participant from the list, operations such as "Participant Registration", "Add to Waiting List" and "Remove from Participant List" can be performed.
Let's see the "Remove from Participant List" screen as an example. Note:The participant performs this operation by entering the details of the relevant class.
With the Remove from Participant List button, the Remove from Class screen opens.

- The reason for leaving the class and the date of departure are entered on the screen and registration is completed.
- An informative e-mail can be sent to the person.
Feedback
Allows the creation of classes for planned training.
Class - New areas
Added/Edited Function: Academic Year, Teacher and Guide fields have been added to the LMS > Education > Education Management > Classes business function.
What needs to be done for use: Academic Year definitions must be made under Academic Year and Term under the School solution. Teachers and counselors are selected from among the employees.
Benefit:In this way, it is possible for schools to create their own long-term academic calendar and to open classes accordingly.
Class and Lesson - Email Sending
Added/Edited Function: Acceptance and invitation e-mail sending to participants has been added to the LMS > Training > Training Management > Classes page.
What needs to be done for use: Participants' e-mail addresses must be defined. The link to the training must be provided in online training.
Benefit:In the opened classes, the class and course name, date, address and instructor's name were sent to the participants by e-mail.
Assignments
Added/Edited Function: The following changes were made on the LMS > Education Management > Courses page.
It is now possible to go to the details of the assignments in the Assignments-Studies field.
An intranet link has been added to the course detail and update page.
When a new assignment is added or updated, it is sent to the participants in the class by e-mail.
Multiple assignments are displayed in the course detail and assignments are delivered via the intranet. provided.
Usage:
You can download assignments such as pdf etc. via the intranet page. It needs to be uploaded in formats.
Benefit: In this way, participants in the class can submit assignments via the Intranet page and the educator can follow these assignments.
