Customer-Supplier Import
Companies need to import customer and supplier information into the system in order to carry out production and sales and use the ERP module. Since processing these manually would be a difficult process, especially for large-scale companies, these processes have been systematized within a certain format within Workcube.
Path:Control Panel > System > Import > Sales-Distribution > Customer-Supplier
Attention: While preparing the transfer files, data must be entered in accordance with the explanations on the pages. If the data entry does not comply with the format, the system issues warning messages for the incorrect fields and the transfer process is not performed. If the format is correct, the transfer is completed. If incorrect data is entered in the transfer file, the transferred data is edited manually, one by one, through the records. For this reason, the file should not be uploaded to the system without verifying the accuracy of the data.
Data transfer operations in Workcube provide great convenience, especially during the implementation processes. In other words, instead of processing the information one by one, the main data is processed into the system by a mass transfer. Thus, the implementation gains speed and the effort required is reduced.
In order to construct the ERP module, corporate-individual members, corporate member branches and employees must be defined in the system. After these definitions, many commercial transactions such as buying-selling-shipping transactions in the Sales-Distribution section can be carried out.
