Purpose of Use of Performance Evaluation
With performance evaluation, employees are evaluated at certain periods during the year. The promotion process is carried out by viewing all the forms and targets created at the end of the year, and determining the strengths and weaknesses by selecting the training required for rotation and promotion by viewing all the forms and targets created at the end of the year.

Creating Performance Evaluation Records
To create performance evaluation records, they must first be monitored. required Path: HR-HR > Performance > Performance > Performance Evaluation to create the "Run" icon after selecting the relevant fields on the screen.


- Employee: The employee is selected is the field.
- Period: This is where the period range in which the evaluation is made is selected.

- Measurement and Evaluation Forms: This is where the evaluation forms created for the person are shown.
- Goals: This is the place where defined targets are shown to the employee.
- Must Be Promoted to a Higher Position: If a promotion is to be taken, the relevant check box should be ticked.
- Title to be Promoted: This is the field where the title to be promoted is selected.
- Estimated Promotion Period (Months): The period in which the promotion will be made is months.
- Highest Position to Promote Within the Group: This is the field where the highest position to be promoted within the company is selected.
- Estimated Promotion Time to this title: The estimated time for promotion to the highest position is written on a yearly basis.
- To the Next Upper Position. In order to be promoted, he needs to gain experience through rotation: If he needs to receive a rotation for promotion, the relevant check box should be ticked.
- Title to which he can be promoted: It refers to the field in which the position to be promoted to is chosen as a result of the rotation.
- He needs to develop through training in order to be promoted to a higher position: He is weaker than the training provided in the system in order to be promoted. It is the selection of the training to be received according to the aspects.
